Servo profile milling unit
配备2组高功率铣刀电机和4组不同轮廓的正反刃成型铣刀。4组伺服电机控制刀刃高度和进退位置，保证造型精度。
Equipped with dual 7.5kW motors and 4 sets of forward and reverse cutters for processing different edge profiles, 4 servo motors control the cutter height and forward/backward movement,ensuring high processing accuracy.
预铣机构
Pre-milling Unit
直边预铣，异型伺服成型铣刀一键切换。正反刃预铣，封第三、四边时不崩带。
Support straight edge pre-milling and servo profile milling of irregular edges. Forward & reverse cutters prevent edge chipping during edge banding on the 3rd and 4th sides.
预热装置
Pre-Heating Unit
预热板件，提升板材与边带的粘合效果。
Pre-heat the panel to improve adhesion with the tape.
封边带刻槽
Edge Tape Grooving
配备伺服电机联动调节封边带刻槽高度，以及计数器调节封边带刻槽深度，直观便捷。
Equipped with a servo motor for synchronized adjustment of grooving height and a counter for depth adjustment.
异型伺服成型压贴
Servo-controlled profile pressing
伺服控制一键切换板厚，多组烤灯+热风枪，边带软化更充分。
Servo control enables one-touch switch between different edge profiles. Multiple heating lamps and hot air guns ensure the tape is fully softened.
直边涂胶压贴
Straight Edge Gluing & Pressing
直边涂胶压贴机构，方便调节，压紧封边条，保证压贴效果。
Straight edge gluing & pressing units feature easy adjustment. The pressing unit firmly presses the tape to improve adhesion.

Motions along the precision linear guides, quickly cut off the excess edge at front and rear of the panel to ensure a smooth cut surface.

Straight & irregular edge fine trimming unit
将突出于木板上下表面多余边带切除，使封边带上下边缘与木板的上下表面平齐。
Remove the excess tape from surfaces of the board, make sure edging is flush.
异型直边一体跟踪机构
Straight & irregular edge corner rounding unit
柔性模式可减少对异型板材冲击，实现鸭嘴、斜直边、斜圆弧、全圆弧等形状的仿型修边工艺。
Flexible mode reduces impact on special-shaped panels and enables profiling trimming processes for various contours.
