央视新闻5月17日消息，四川华蓥公布大摆荡游客坠亡事件调查最新进展。

5月3日，四川华蓥玛琉岩瀑布风景区一名16岁女游客在体验“大摆荡”项目时，不幸从高空坠落身亡。

记者追踪发现，事故发生的直接原因是释放开关提前松开。

The direct cause of a 16-year-old girl's death on May 3 when she rode a "giant swing" attraction at a scenic area in Huaying, Sichuan province, has been identified as the premature release of the safety locking mechanism, authorities have confirmed. The latest investigation findings were released by China Central Television on Sunday.

在秋千绳对面的操作平台，顶部有一根伸出平台约10米的导轨，正常情况下，游客在安全绳绑好并被吊起来后，将被送到导轨最前端的释放点，然后在释放点与主脱钩器和副脱钩器两个脱钩器脱钩，再通过秋千绳的牵引，荡向远离山崖的一端。记者注意到，正常释放点离操作平台有接近10米的距离，其正下方是远离岩壁的。

According to the probe, under normal operation, a visitor secured with a safety rope is hoisted along a 10-meter guide rail extending from the operator's platform. At the far end of the rail — the designated release point, nearly 10 meters from the platform — both the primary and secondary hooks disengage, allowing the swing to arc away from the cliffside. That proper release point has open space directly below, clear of rock formations.

而事发当日，游客由于刚刚推出平台，就出现了安全绳与脱钩器脱钩的情况，其坠落的正下方正好有突出的岩壁。

On the day of the accident, however, the girl detached from the harness almost immediately after being moved just beyond the platform. The area directly beneath that unintended release point is not the designated drop zone but a section with protruding rock face.

此外，记者注意到网络流传的事故现场视频中，出现了的“没绑紧”的喊声。当地应急管理局负责人告诉记者，那不是游客自己的呼喊，当时现场安全绳是绑紧的。

Footage of the incident circulating online captured someone shouting that the harness had not been "tightened properly". The local emergency management official clarified that the shout did not come from the victim, and the safety rope had in fact been fastened correctly at the time.

目前，涉事企业已被责令停业整顿，涉事企业事故责任人员已被依法采取刑事强制措施。

The ride operator has been ordered to suspend business, and individuals held responsible for the ride's safety have been placed under criminal coercive measures by authorities.
