叶子刚撑开，嫩得能掐出水来

阳光也是淡的。不咬人，不像夏天那样毒辣辣地晒。它就那么薄薄地铺着，像一层薄薄的金粉，细细的，却不沾手。天蓝得清清爽爽，不高，也不远，就在梧桐叶子上面，安安静静的。

这时候的梧桐最好看。叶子刚撑开，嫩得能掐出水来，绿里头还带着一点黄，被阳光一照，透亮透亮的。它们把光剪碎了，撒在地上，碎碎的，亮亮的，风一来就晃。

人走在树荫底下，身上的光斑也跟着一晃一晃的，像披了一件缀满亮片的衣裳。

这时候走路，脚步自然就慢了。

不是赶路。是散步。是那种什么都不想、又什么都想想的走法。头顶的梧桐叶一层叠一层，撑出一片绿荫来。光从叶子的缝隙里漏下来，落在肩上、手背上，痒痒的，像小时候母亲用头发梢逗你。

五月的上海，春天还没走远，夏天也没来催，就这么不慌不忙地，在中途歇一歇脚。

这样的日子，走走、发呆、遇见，都好。

我从地铁2号线静安寺站钻出来。常德路就在眼前，梧桐叶子已经绿透了，在地上筛出一片碎金。我不急着赶路，想去愚园路走走。

愚园路这名字，听着就旧。据说是因为一座叫“愚园”的园子，那园子早就没了，路名倒留了下来。从1860年开始建，修修停停，前后修了五十八年，横跨静安、长宁两个区。一百多年了，路还是那条路，树却一年比一年绿了。

先看到常德公寓。这是张爱玲住过的地方。公寓立在路口，米黄色的墙，阳台长长的，线条简简单单。周围都是高楼，它还是老样子，不卑不亢的。门前曾有一小片银杏，闹中取静，正合文人的脾性。

我站在那里看了一会儿，总觉得她随时会推门出来，穿着旗袍，冷冷的，谁也不看。楼下有间书店，玻璃橱窗映着行人，来来去去，谁也不多看这楼一眼。可是读过她书的人，路过这里，心里总会动一下。

公寓斜对面，愚园路81号，是刘长胜故居。砖红色的房子，安安静静地站在街角。年轻人匆匆走过，不会多看一眼。可那里面，藏着一个时代的风云。地下工作者的烽火岁月，如今只剩下这栋沉默的房子了。

再往前走，静安寺到了。金顶在日光里亮得晃眼。香火气飘出来，混着梧桐叶的青涩。庙门口有人合十，有人拍照，有人匆匆走过。一千七百年的寺庙，和对面商场里的咖啡香，只隔着一条马路。这很上海，什么都能搁在一起，什么都不违和。

百乐门就在前面。那扇门还立着，玻璃转门上映着街景，人影一晃一晃的。当年周璇在这里唱过，歌声飘了一夜又一夜，多少红男绿女进进出出。

如今只剩下路过的人偶尔抬抬头，念一句“哦，百乐门”，然后就走开了。时间这东西，再热闹的，到了它手里，都安静了。

拐进愚谷邨，世界忽然安静下来。弄堂窄，头顶晾着床单、衬衣、小孩的袜子。风一吹，它们轻轻摇，像在跳舞。一只白猫蹲在石阶上，眯着眼睛看我，又懒懒地走开了。
