Chengdu, China (June 12, 2026) — When timeless poetry meets melodies above the clouds, an elegant cultural gathering inspired by Su Dongpo unfolded at Waldorf Astoria Chengdu.
继“风雅新章，共话东坡”东坡文化主题分享会成功举办后，成都华尔道夫酒店携手眉山三苏祠博物馆持续推进“东坡文化年”系列活动，于世界文化和自然遗产日来临之际，共同呈现「诗酒趁年华·东坡雅集」东坡读诗音乐会，以诗词、音乐与艺术为媒介，让东坡文化从典籍走入当代都市生活。
Following the successful “A New Chapter of Elegance, A Dialogue on Su Dongpo” cultural forum, Waldorf Astoria Chengdu and the Meishan Sansu Shrine Museum continued their year-long “Dongpo Culture Year” collaboration with the presentation of “Timeless Elegance of Dongpo” Poetry & Music Salon. Held in celebration of World Cultural and Natural Heritage Day, the event brought together poetry, music, and art to reintroduce Dongpo culture to contemporary urban life.
活动于成都华尔道夫酒店49楼羿庭·大堂吧举行。天府景观之上，来自文化、艺术、媒体及酒店宾客齐聚一堂，在诗与乐的交织中，共同感受东坡先生跨越千年的精神魅力与生活哲学。
Hosted at Peacock Alley on the 49th floor of Waldorf Astoria Chengdu, the event welcomed guests from the cultural, artistic, media, and hospitality communities. Against the backdrop of Chengdu’s iconic Twin Towers skyline, attendees gathered to experience the enduring spirit, wisdom, and aesthetics of Su Dongpo through an afternoon of artistic exchange.
活动以诗词与音乐为主线，通过朗诵、吟唱、钢琴演奏、文化分享与舞剧表演等多元艺术形式展现，串联起东坡先生的人生境界与精神世界。艺术家殷九龙以极具巴蜀特色的川话诵读东坡名篇；古谱诗词传承人邓静团队以宋韵吟唱千年诗乐风雅；成都知名主持人与三苏祠文化学者等则通过经典诗词、人物故事与文化解读，带领现场嘉宾走近东坡先生，领略其豁达旷远的人生哲学、深厚真挚的悠悠情愫以及丰富多彩的生活美学。活动尾声，芙蓉岛东坡舞剧团上演精彩选段，以舞蹈重现东坡人生的重要篇章，在诗、乐、舞交融之间，生动展现东坡文化历久弥新的时代魅力。
Centered around the themes of poetry and music, the event presented a curated journey through Su Dongpo’s life and philosophy. Through poetry recitations, traditional sung verse, piano performances, cultural storytelling, and excerpts from a Dongpo-themed dance drama, guests were invited to explore the poet’s optimism, humanity, deep affection for family and friendship, and his appreciation for the beauty of everyday life.
作为“东坡文化年”系列活动的重要组成部分，本次读诗音乐会延续了成都华尔道夫酒店与眉山三苏祠博物馆共同推动东坡文化创造性转化与创新性发展的合作理念。通过国际奢华酒店这一开放平台，让更多年轻群体与国际宾客，以可感知、可参与、可体验的方式走近东坡文化。
Highlights included a Sichuan-dialect interpretation of Dongpo’s classic works by artist Yin Jiulong, Song-style poetic performances by traditional poetry inheritor Deng Jing and her team, and readings by media personalities and cultural representatives from the Sansu Shrine Museum. The event concluded with excerpts from the Furong Island Dongpo Dance Drama, bringing important chapters of Dongpo’s life vividly to the stage through the language of contemporary performing arts.
今夏，成都华尔道夫酒店还将陆续推出东坡暑期研学主题房、东坡主题荔枝下午茶、非遗竹编艺术展、东坡美食文化节等活动。中秋期间，酒店亦将联袂眉山三苏祠博物馆推出东坡主题文创月饼，以贯穿全年的文化内容持续讲述东坡故事。
Throughout the summer, Waldorf Astoria Chengdu will continue to introduce a series of Dongpo-inspired experiences, including Summer Study Tour room package, Lychee afternoon tea, Bamboo Weaving art exhibition celebrating intangible cultural heritage, and Dongpo themed food event, etc. During the Mid-Autumn Festival season, the hotel will also collaborate with the Sansu Shrine Museum on a Dongpo-themed mooncake collection, further extending the story of Dongpo throughout the year.
