如果只按地图评分寻找美食，很多真正有记忆点的味道会被漏掉。维也纳炸猪排最吸引人的地方，不是它一定多昂贵，也不是装修多醒目，而是它把奥地利维也纳的日常气息放进一份具体食物里。走近老餐馆，先闻到的是热气、油香和人声混在一起的味道，随后才会注意到招牌、菜单和排队的人。这样的店常常不靠夸张宣传取胜，它靠的是稳定出品、熟客口碑，以及让人吃完之后还愿意绕路再来一次的踏实感。
