活动介绍

世界城市日(10月31日)是联合国首个以城市为主题的国际日。2026年世界城市日全球主场活动将在福州举办。本次创意征集围绕“城市,让生活更美好”主旨和“更新赋能 宜居筑梦”年度主题,面向全球征集世界城市日标志性活动创意。

标志性活动是指在10月31日世界城市日当天开展的,具备“通俗化、仪式感、可推广、可持续、零风险、低成本”等特点,有鲜明节日标识,便于不同国家、不同城市推广,全球老百姓可自发共同参与的公益活动。该活动应能作为世界城市日具有辨识度的文化符号。

征集单位

征集对象

本次创意征集面向全球开放,个人或者团体均可投稿,每个主体限投3件。

征集内容及要求

本次征集内容为标志性活动的“核心创意方案”,原则上控制在500字以内,重点写清做什么、为什么适合世界城市日、如何组织传播。原则上不征集论坛、研讨会、展览、文艺演出等活动形式,不征集重投入、重搭建、执行难的复杂活动方案。

自发布之日起至2026年7月10日24:00(北京时间,GMT+8)。

有效投稿的认定规则

有效投稿以官方在截止时间前通过电子邮箱实际接收并成功留存的数据为准。

未投稿至指定电子邮箱、超过截止时间提交、信息无法识别或者内容无法完整读取的,不视为有效投稿。

投稿奖励

按评审结果,对前20名优秀创意方案的个人或团体代表颁发荣誉证书,并邀请最终入选方案创作者(团队代表,限1名)参加世界城市日全球主场活动,承办方提供必要支持。

投稿者权益说明

投稿人一经通过指定渠道提交有效投稿,即视为已阅读、理解并同意遵守本次征集活动的有关规则和要求。

1. 投稿人权利声明

1.1 投稿人应保证所提交内容为其本人原创作品,或已依法取得完整、合法的授权,不得侵犯任何第三方合法权益。投稿人须对所提交内容的真实性、合法性承担全部责任。

1.2 投稿作品的著作权及其他知识产权,除相关条款明确授权主办方使用的部分外,均归投稿人所有。投稿人投稿行为不改变其作为著作权人的法律地位。

2. 未采用作品的处理

未被主办方最终采用为活动标志性创意的投稿作品,其全部知识产权仍归投稿人所有。

3. 被采用作品的授权范围

3.1 作品一经入选,即视为投稿人不可撤销地、独占性地许可主办单位在全球范围内、永久性地行使包括但不限于复制、发行、出租、展览、表演、放映、广播、信息网络传播、改编、翻译、汇编等在内的全部著作财产权,并许可主办单位对其进行必要的修改。投稿人承诺,不再将入选作品的全部或核心部分转让给任何第三方,或许可第三方用于与本活动宗旨相同或相似的用途。

3.2 主办方及承办方在使用入选作品时,应当以合理方式标注投稿人的姓名或昵称(以投稿人提交的信息为准)。因技术原因或合理使用场景无法标注的除外。

4. 入选作品的激励与奖励

入选作品的投稿人将获得荣誉证书。该奖励视为对投稿人授权使用的合理对价。领取奖励后,投稿人不得额外主张许可费。

Event Introduction

World Cities Day (October 31) is the United Nations’ first international day focused on cities. The 2026 Global Observance of World Cities Day will be held in Fuzhou. This call invites global submissions of creative concepts for the flagship event of World Cities Day, in alignment with the overarching theme “Better City, Better Life” and the annual theme “Regenerating the City: Adequate Housing for All.”

The flagship event refers to a public-interest activity held on World Cities Day (October 31). It is widely accessible, ceremonial, scalable, sustainable, zero-risk, and low-cost, with a distinctive festive identity, while remaining easily adaptable and promotable across different countries and cities, open to participation by the general public worldwide. The activity should serve as a highly recognizable cultural symbol of World Cities Day.

Target Participants

The call is open to individuals and groups worldwide. Each participant may submit up to three entries.

IV.

Submission Requirements

Submissions must be a “core creative idea” for the flagship event (within 500 words). The focus must be on what the activity is, why it fits World Cities Day, and how it will be organized and promoted. Submissions that propose forums, seminars, exhibitions, or art performances or involve high investment, complex construction, or difficult implementation will not be accepted.

Submission Period

Submissions are accepted from the date of this announcement until 24:00 on July 10, 2026 (Beijing Time, GMT+8).

Valid Submission Criteria

A submission is deemed valid only if it is received and properly archived at the official email before the deadline. Submissions that do not meet these criteria (e.g., not sent to the correct email, submitted after the deadline, or unreadable) will not be accepted.

VIII.

Awards and Recognition

The top 20 proposals, selected through a formal review process, will be awarded honorary certificates issued to individual or group representatives. The creators of the final selected proposals (one representative only per team) will be invited to attend the World Cities Day Global Observance, with necessary support provided by the event hosts.

IX.

Rights of Submitters

By submitting a valid entry, the submitter is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the rules and requirements of this call.

1. Declaration of Rights

(a) The submitter shall guarantee that the content submitted is their original work or has been fully and lawfully authorized. The submission must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. The submitter shall bear full legal responsibility for the authenticity and legality of the submitted work.

(b) The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the submitted work belong to the submitter, except for the part expressly authorized for use by the organizer in related terms. The submitter’s act of submission does not alter their legal status as the copyright holder.

2. Non-selected Submissions

The intellectual property rights of non-selected proposals shall remain with the submitter.

3. Authorization of Selected Works

(a) Once a proposal is selected, the submitter is deemed to have granted the hosts an irrevocable, exclusive, and worldwide license to exercise all economic rights of the copyright in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, the rights of reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition, performance, screening, broadcasting, information network dissemination, adaptation, translation, and compilation. The hosts are also permitted to make necessary modifications to the work. The submitter pledges not to transfer the whole or any core part of the selected work to any third party, nor to authorize any third party to use it for purposes identical or similar to the mission of this event.

(b) The hosts and organizers shall credit the name or pseudonym provided by the submitter in a reasonable manner when using the selected work, except in cases where technical limitations or fair use scenarios prevent such attribution.

4. Incentives for Selected Works

The submitter of an adopted work will receive a certificate of honor. This award is considered reasonable consideration for the authorization granted by the submitter for the use of their work. Once it is received, the submitter may not claim any additional licensing fees.
