08｜Earthquake Scene and Public Responsibility

This episode documents the response to the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. The target organized thirteen photography teams to enter the epicenter, photograph the scene, and collect relics. Six days later, exhibitions were held in Bangkok to support fundraising; thirty days later, a large on-site exhibition opened in Chengdu. The book uses this to show photography’s response to public crisis.
