近日，一则马来西亚女游客在中国旅游期间公然侮辱当地人的视频在社交媒体上广泛流传，引发中马两国网友的强烈愤慨。
中国侨网援引马来西亚媒体23日报道，马来西亚警察总长穆赫德·哈立德证实，警方已对这名涉嫌在中国旅游期间侮辱当地人的女警展开纪律调查，以查明是否涉及违纪或违法行为。他表示，调查不仅针对警队纪律，也涵盖相关行为是否触法。
Malaysian police have launched a disciplinary investigation into a female officer accused of making derogatory remarks about Chinese people while traveling in China, following a viral social media video that sparked widespread criticism.

“我们已对涉事警员展开纪律调查。若发现其他违法行为，也将采取适当行动。”穆赫德·哈立德提醒所有警员，无论在国内或国外，皆须维护道德操守与纪律，维护警队形象。作为执法人员，必须遵守规章制度和标准作业程序，在国外更应保持良好的行为举止。
穆赫德·哈立德强调，警方将确保调查公平透明，严格按照标准作业程序和相关法律进行，再决定后续行动。
Malaysian police Mohd Khalid Ismail said on Tuesday that the officer is being investigated for possible breaches of police discipline as well as potential legal violations, according to Malaysian media outlet Malay Mail.
"We have opened a disciplinary investigation into the officer concerned. If any violations of the law are established, appropriate action will also be taken," Mohd Khalid was quoted as saying.
据马来西亚《中国报》报道，涉事女子诺阿希金（Nur Asyiqin Mohd Dalil）在中国度假期间拍摄了一段视频。
在视频中，她故意在镜头前捂住鼻子，用马来语大声讽刺“中国人很臭”“中国人不洗澡”。由于周围游客听不懂马来语，诺阿希金及其同伴显得十分得意，且全程举着手机近距离拍摄路人。
According to the Malaysian publication China Press, the woman involved, Nur Asyiqin Mohd Dalil, filmed a video while on vacation in China. In the footage, she made discriminatory remarks against Chinese people while deliberately covering her nose in front of the camera.

除了发布歧视性视频，该女子及其同行人员还在公共场合存在多项不当行为。据了解，她们在乘搭公交车时与当地人发生推挤，险些将一位老人推倒；在乘坐出租车时，再次用马来语当面嘲笑司机身上有异味。
In addition to the discriminatory remarks, the tourists were also reported to have pushed locals while boarding a bus, nearly knocking over an elderly person. They also verbally criticized a taxi driver during their ride.

视频曝光后迅速发酵，大量中国网友对此恶性歧视事件表示愤怒，要求涉事女子公开道歉。
在巨大的舆论压力下，诺阿希金在社交媒体上发布了道歉声明，承认自己因“一时冲动”做出了过火的行为，并表示对相关言论深感自责。
她说，愿意为视频引起的任何不适承担全部责任，并澄清有关内容并非刻意安排或策划，也无意侮辱、羞辱任何人，更无意挑起任何跨国冲突。
她承诺今后在言行上会更加小心，对公众敏感话题更加敏锐，希望吸取教训成为一个更成熟、更有责任感的人。
Following the public backlash, Nur Asyiqin issued an apology on social media. She admitted to acting out of impulse and expressed regret for her offensive behavior, promising to be more mindful of her words and actions in the future.
