近日，咸阳市秦都区双照街道白良村的一场助农樱桃集会因一名自媒体博主的言行引发秩序混乱。6月30日，记者从咸阳市公安局秦都分局证实，自媒体博主李雨禅因寻衅滋事被依法行政拘留，案件正在进一步调查，警方随后会发布相关警情通报。
A Chinese influencer was detained after allegedly spreading false claims that disrupted a cherry farmers' fair in Northwest China's Shaanxi province, police said on Tuesday.
据了解，白良村樱桃种植是村民主要收入来源，今年因连续降雨减产，第二届樱桃集会成为果农挽回损失的重要渠道。5月30日下午，李雨禅来到集会现场直播，发表不当言论，此前她还曾在网络发布煽动退货、质疑樱桃品质等言论。
The fair in Bailiang village, Xianyang, was a crucial opportunity for local growers to recover losses after prolonged rainfall reduced this year's cherry harvest.
The influencer, identified as Li Yuchan, livestreamed from the event on May 30 and had previously posted content encouraging consumers to return cherries and questioning their quality.
据悉，她当天在现场开直播称“樱桃里有虫！”“大家可以7天有理由仅退款！”“大集摊贩没有证！”“我就是来找线索、找证据的，回去我就举报去。”
当地市场监管部门表示，樱桃销售期间未收到消费者投诉，抽检也未发现质量问题。警方及群众反映，李雨禅在明知果农受灾的情况下，仍刻意发布虚假言论、制造矛盾博取流量，严重损害果农利益。
Local market regulators said they had received no consumer complaints and found no quality issues in product inspections.
Authorities said that Li deliberately spread false information and fueled conflict despite knowing the growers had suffered heavy losses.
目前，“李雨禅在陕西”在多个网络平台账号的作品已无法查看。
