煮前准备

食材挑选

1. 生姜：生姜的选择很重要，建议优先挑选老姜。老姜是隔年的姜，外观皱皱巴巴，有点干，常被用作姜种。这种姜的辛辣味更浓郁，煮出的生姜可乐驱寒效果更好。购买时，要选择表皮光滑、无腐烂、无虫眼的老姜。

2. 可乐：可乐要选择新鲜未开封的，大部分饮料如果打开后存放太久，有可能会变质，影响口感和品质。可以根据自己的需求选择合适容量的可乐，常见的有330ml一罐的，也有大瓶装的。

工具准备

具体煮法

方法一：经典简约版
