第四届链博会供应链服务展区,国家移民管理局移民事务服务中心设专属展台,线上数字化服务、双语办事指南集中亮相,一站式解决外国人来华各类事务

Great news! At the Supply Chain Service Zone of the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo, the Immigration Service Center of the National Immigration Administration runs a special booth. Digital online tools and bilingual brochures are available to handle nearly all foreign-related entry and residence matters in one stop.

现场配备两大线上“便民工具”:一是SinoGuide App,旨在方便外国人更好融入并体验中国丰富便捷的数字化服务,集政策指引、新闻资讯、生活服务、语言辅导于一体,以中英双语为来华、在华外国人提供支付、交通、医疗、教育、资讯等领域28 个常用在线服务,覆盖入出境政策查询、停留到期提醒、汇率查询、在线支付、一键叫车、点餐外卖、生活缴费、语言学习等高频场景,可实现中文页面的一键翻译。

二是国家移民管理机构12367服务平台,这是中国国家移民管理局着力打造的一体化“客服中心”,被国务院确立为12345 全国5 个分中心之一,是面向全球、覆盖全国直接提供7×24 小时、人工多语言响应服务的政务服务热线。目前,12367 服务平台支持中(含普通话、粤语)、英、法、俄、日、韩等6 种服务语言,涵盖电话、网站、APP、小程序等服务渠道。

Two core digital tools are displayed on site: the SinoGuide App with payment, ride-hailing, and translation services, downloadable via QR code; and the 12367 Service Platform accessible on WeChat and Alipay mini-programs for visa and arrival declaration inquiries.

展台同步发放两套双语手册:《外国人来华指南》覆盖办证、就业、医疗等政务生活事项;《外国人在华停居留生活指引》收录科技、文化、汉语学习内容,助力外籍人士快速融入中国。

Two sets of bilingual handbooks are offered free of charge: A Welcome Guide to China, covering topics from visa processing and employment to medical services, and Guidelines for Foreigners Living in China, focusing on daily life, including technology, culture, and Chinese learning to help expats adapt easily.
