脆皮糊怎么调更酥脆不回软？看看专业老师傅是怎么做的！|低筋面粉|拔丝|皮糊|蛋清|面糊

脆皮糊在美食的世界里适用范围很广，比如大家爱吃的茄盒，气泡虾，还有拔丝一类的美食，比如拔丝地瓜，拔丝香蕉等等！

上面这些都是比较受欢迎的一些美食，虽然他们的名字和做法可能都不一样，但是却有一个共同点，那就是离不开一款好的脆皮糊，一款好的脆皮糊也决定了这道美食的成功率！

之前在宁波的时候有幸见识过脆皮糊的制作方法，当时的师傅是用它制作的糖醋鱼，炸出来的鱼外表金黄酥脆，让人看着就非常有食欲！
