一博主发帖称,奶奶手机近期异常卡顿,她帮忙查看时才发现微信里塞满了各类广告营销群,竟有77万条未读消息

于是,她在社交平台发帖求助:“有人知道微信如何批量删除企业微信联系人和批量退出群聊吗?”

Recently, a netizen posted online saying that she found more than 770,000 unread WeChat messages on her grandmother's phone, as the elderly user was repeatedly added to marketing groups linked to the accounts on WeCom, Tencent's enterprise communication platform, sparking widespread discussion.

The woman said she noticed the problem after her grandmother's phone became unusually slow. She later posted online asking whether anyone knew how to delete WeCom contacts in bulk.

According to the netizen, her grandmother's WeChat was filled with advertising and marketing groups, many of which were marked as WeCom groups and appeared to be linked to small stores or retail accounts. The groups mostly consisted of strangers and had only about 10 to 20 members, while her grandmother was added without notification or confirmation.

博主和母亲一起帮奶奶退群、删群,却根本删不完,“退一个,他们又拉一个”,之前删掉的大量营销号消息再次占满了奶奶的微信。

而碍于奶奶的微信里还有一些老朋友,也没法删号、起新号。

Unfortunately, leaving these groups did not solve the problem as new groups kept appearing. Creating a new account was not a practical option either, considering the elderly user's WeChat account contained years of chat history with relatives and friends.

根据博主后续视频的分享,仅半月之后奶奶的微信便又重新增长数万条消息,并且在海量未读消息之外,还发现了90多个所谓的“情感陪伴账号”

对此,很多网友反映,自己也遇到面向老年人的营销问题,以企业微信联络和短视频推广等渠道为主。微信虽然可以单独查看企业微信联系人,但删除联系人时只能逐个点击删除。

This problem is not isolated. Many people have shared experiences of elderly relatives being flooded with unknown group chats that promote health products, wellness tips, and other content targeted at older adults.

对于博主反映的问题,腾讯方面表示,微信和企业微信将对从引流到私域的路径加强监管,严格打击骚扰用户、虚假夸大营销的行为。

Regarding this issue, Tencent responded that WeChat and WeCom will tighten oversight over the whole lead-generation-to-private-domain process, and rigorously curb user harassment as well as false and exaggerated marketing activities.

据中央广电总台中国之声报道,查询相关政策,2025年7月,市场监管总局与中消协联合发布《关于防范私域直播间老年人药品保健品消费风险提示》,明确要求直播间公示营业执照、核查“蓝帽子”标志,警示“免费送鸡蛋”“社区义诊”等引流套路。

专家建议:统一设置入群确认机制

推出老年人模式

相关领域专家介绍,此类乱象都是各种“私域营销”企业获客、盈利的手段,往往以免费产品、免费试用等为诱饵,添加老年人的微信,利用微信40人以下群聊无需被拉者确认、可直接入群的机制,进行营销。

专家建议,针对各类建群拉人操作,统一设置被邀请人二次确认机制,无论群组规模大小,拉人入群均需经过对方同意。弱化被动直接入群功能,从流程上减少各类衍生问题。

Experts recommend rolling out a universal double-confirmation rule for all group-inviting activities. No matter how big the group is, new members can only be added with the invitee's explicit approval.

除了各种营销群外,专家认为,各个应用软件都应该在适老化适配上有更多动作,软件内容不应止步于字体放大,还应参照未成年人模式,推出老年人模式

应持续升级适老化产品开发相关标准,相关监管规则也应该升级和细化。相关规范需遵循两个原则:

落实信息完整告知要求。相关操作必须由老年人本人确认后方可执行。

引入求助机制。很多老年人不了解各类功能,该求助机制可以向子女、亲属或熟悉数码产品的人请教,选择权交由老年用户自主掌握。与此同时,各类产品与服务提供商要严格自律,并且接受升级后的规则严格执法。
