1、冬瓜

夏天吃冬瓜再合适不过，水分特别足，自带丰富膳食纤维，几乎没什么脂肪，饱腹感很好。平时重油重盐吃多了，体内容易积多余水分，冬瓜能帮助舒缓水肿，腰腹看着更轻盈。里面的营养成分还能辅助减少糖分转化成脂肪，减脂期喝汤、清炒都合适。

家常吃法：冬瓜虾皮汤，少盐少油，清淡鲜爽；也能切块清炖，不用放过多调料，原汁原味更好。

2、黄瓜

大街小巷夏天随处都能买到，生吃、凉拌、炒菜都行。含水量超高，纤维细腻好消化，吃完胃里很充实，想吃零食的时候啃一根，能管住嘴。它含有的营养物质可以辅助减少油脂吸收，维C充足，常吃皮肤不容易暗沉出油，兼顾控重和养颜。

家常吃法：拍黄瓜，加少许蒜末香醋凉拌；或者直接洗净生吃，当作下午茶加餐。

3、空心菜

夏季绿叶菜里的高纤维选手，价格实惠，家家户户餐桌常客。粗纤维能推动肠道蠕动，改善夏天久坐、上火带来的排便不通顺问题，热量很低，一大盘下肚也不用担心热量超标。同时含有多种抗氧化物质，长期吃肤色透亮不发黄。
