近日，中国妇女发展基金会—三星“探知未来科技女性培养计划”第九期项目启动仪式在北京举行。知名财经主持人、《艾问 iAsk》创始人艾诚连续多年受邀担任主持人，再次见证这一面向中国女学生的科技公益项目迈入全新阶段。
The 9th Cohort Launch Ceremony of the China Women’s Development Foundation–Samsung “STEM Girls” Program was recently held in Beijing. Gloria Ai, renowned financial host and founder of iAsk, once again served as the host, continuing her multi-year support for this meaningful initiative that empowers Chinese girls through science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

A Long-Term Tech Philanthropy Initiative for Chinese Girls
“探知未来科技女性培养计划”由中国妇女发展基金会携手中国三星于2018年共同发起，面向12—16岁女生，引入STEM实践教学，通过课程学习、科学探究、科技实践等方式，激发青少年女生的科学兴趣、创新能力和社会责任意识。
截至第九期启动前，项目已覆盖全国24个省区市、百余所学校，累计8万余名学生参与，产出26项科技创新方案。项目不是一次性的科普体验，而是一项长期性、体系化、以课题制学习为载体的科技女性人才培养工程。
Launched in 2018 by the China Women’s Development Foundation and Samsung China, the STEM Girls Program is designed for girls aged 12 to 16. It introduces STEM education through hands-on learning, scientific inquiry and real-world practice, helping girls build scientific literacy, innovation capability and social responsibility.
By the launch of the 9th cohort, the program had reached over 100 schools across 24 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China, engaging more than 80,000 students and generating 26 innovative technology solutions. It is not a one-off event, but a long-term talent development program for future women in technology.
艾诚：女孩不是科技的旁观者而是未来的创作者

作为连续多年主持该项目第七期、第八期、第九期启动仪式的主持人，艾诚表示，每一次站在“探知未来”的舞台上，最打动她的不是仪式本身，而是一个个女孩从“不确定我能不能”，到“我想试试看”，再到“我可以把方案讲给世界听”的成长过程。
现场展区中，“AI助农专家”探索实践项目格外引人注目：机器人、仿真果树、太阳能板、农业智能化方案共同呈现出一个真实的科技教育场景。孩子们研究的不是遥远概念，而是AI助农、绿色科技、乡村振兴、环境保护等真实问题。
艾诚在现场点评道：
“科技没有性别边界，好奇心没有玻璃天花板。女孩不是科技的旁观者，而是未来的创造者。”
As the host of the 7th, 8th and 9th cohort launch ceremonies, Ai Cheng shared that what moves her most is not the ceremony itself, but the transformation of young girls — from “I’m not sure if I can” to “I want to try,” and eventually to “I can present my solution to the world.”
At the exhibition area, the “AI for Agriculture” project drew special attention. Robots, simulated fruit trees, solar panels and smart agricultural solutions created a vivid scene of technology education rooted in real-life challenges. The students were not simply learning abstract concepts; they were exploring AI-powered agriculture, green technology, rural revitalization and environmental sustainability.
As Ai Cheng remarked:
“Technology has no gender border, and curiosity has no glass ceiling. Girls are not spectators of technology — they are creators of the future.”
艾诚：愿每个女孩亲手造一束光

作为财经媒体人、投资人和女性领导者，艾诚长期关注科技创新、女性成长与中国创新故事的国际表达。她认为，“探知未来”最动人的地方，是它让女孩在青春早期就被认真看见、被认真鼓励、被认真托举。
她说：
“公益不是替孩子安排未来，而是为她们打开未来。”
“一个女孩敢提问，未来就多一种答案。”
“不是每个女孩都一定要成为科学家，但每个女孩都应该拥有科学思维、创造勇气和改变世界的可能。”
“愿每一个被科学点亮的女孩，不止仰望星空，也能亲手造一束光。”
As a financial media entrepreneur, investor and female leader, Gloria AI has long focused on technological innovation, women’s empowerment and telling China’s innovation stories to the world. In her view, the most touching part of STEM Girls is that it allows young girls to be seen, encouraged and supported at an early stage of life.
Her message to the girls was:
“Philanthropy is not arranging a child’s future, but opening it.”
“When a girl dares to ask, the future gains a new answer.”
“Not every girl has to become a scientist, but every girl should have scientific thinking, creative courage and the possibility to change the world.”
“May every girl lit by science not only look up at the stars, but also learn to build her own light.”

从第一期到第九期，“探知未来科技女性培养计划”持续守护中国女学生的科学好奇心，也让更多家庭、学校和社会力量看见：科技女性的培养，要从女孩敢提问、敢动手、敢想象开始。
当一个女孩开始相信“我可以”，一个家庭、一个学校、一个社会的未来，也会因此更加明亮。
探知未来，不只是一个项目名称。
它是一代中国女孩奔赴科技山海的开始。

From the first cohort to the ninth, the STEM Girls Program continues to protect and nurture the scientific curiosity of Chinese girls. It also reminds families, schools and society that the development of future women in technology begins when girls are encouraged to ask, to build and to imagine.
When a girl begins to believe “I can,” the future of a family, a school and a society becomes brighter.
STEM Girls is more than a program name.
It is the beginning of a generation of Chinese girls exploring the vast world of science and technology.
