据新华社，7月6日，横州市云表镇一家养蛇场被洪水冲毁，导致场内养殖的眼镜蛇、大王蛇、水律蛇被冲入洪水中。此外，当地村民表示，洪水期间也常看到蛇类出没。（）
新京报记者多方核实获悉，广西横州云表镇一名被蛇咬伤的女子不幸离世。
参与救助的村民称，因道路不通，该女子辗转多次才送至医院治疗，他看到时女子已无意识；另一名被蛇咬伤的村民告诉记者，该女子四五十岁，系6日晚被蛇咬伤。记者从接诊医院获悉，确有一名被蛇咬伤者不幸离世。
According to The Beijing News, a woman from Yunbiao town, Hengzhou, died after being bitten by a snake. Residents who participated in the rescue said she was unable to reach medical care promptly because floodwaters had blocked the roads, and she was already unresponsive by the time she arrived at the hospital. Another villager who was also bitten by a snake told reporters that the victim, believed to be in her 40s or 50s, was attacked on Monday evening. Hospital staff later confirmed her death.
另据极目新闻，医院工作人员介绍，不止一位村民被蛇咬。上述工作人员提醒，在清理灾后垃圾时，可以先敲打发出声响进行惊扰，以防有蛇藏匿其中。
横州市全力防范云表镇洪水蛇伤险情
广西南宁市融媒体中心7月8日消息，近期，横州市云表镇受洪涝灾害影响，市卫健委等部门迅速行动，全力保障群众生命安全。
医疗救治方面，紧急扩充市人民医院蛇毒血清库存，目前血清储备量可满足救治需求；特邀区市医疗专家驻点指导，提升重症救治能力。
一线防控救治环节上，加密搜救巡查频次；专门开通蛇咬伤急救绿色通道，精简急诊就诊、检查、救治全流程环节，实现快速接诊处置；基层培训同步开展，强化一线人员蛇伤清创、预判等核心技能。
In response, the Hengzhou health department has increased antivenom supplies at the city's People's Hospital, deployed medical experts from the regional capital to provide on-site guidance, and established a fast-track emergency treatment channel for snakebite patients to ensure timely care.

遇到毒蛇咬伤怎么办？
广西医科大学第一附属医院急诊科主任王威介绍，如果遇到毒蛇咬伤，务必牢记“冷静、制动、简处、速送”四大核心原则。
Wang Wei, head of the emergency department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, outlined four key principles for responding to venomous snakebites: stay calm, immobilize the affected limb, provide basic wound care, and seek immediate medical attention.
首先，一旦被毒蛇咬伤，应立即进行呼救，第一时间拨打120急救电话。保持冷静，严禁奔跑。因为惊慌跑动会加速血液循环，让毒素快速扩散。
其次，需要安全识蛇，不要试图捕捉或打死毒蛇，以免被二次咬伤。有条件时，可拍照或记住蛇的特征，以便后续用药。
再次，在条件允许的情况下，应迅速用清水或生理盐水冲洗伤口。如果是遇到神经毒类毒蛇，可在伤肢近心端处进行加压垫包扎，需避免过紧以免阻断动脉血供。
最后，在完成以上处置后，伤者应保持伤肢低于心脏水平，等待专业急救人员转运至具备蛇伤救治能力的医院进行规范治疗。
Call 120 immediately for emergency transport. People who are bitten should not run or attempt to catch or kill the snake. Instead, they should take a photo of it, if it is safe to do so, or remember its appearance and markings to help with identification later.
If possible, rinse the wound with clean water or saline. For bites from neurotoxic snakes, apply a light pressure bandage above the bite site without restricting blood circulation.
专家提示，“早识别、早处置、早送医、早用药”是降低毒蛇咬伤致死、致残率的关键。
