鸡蛋

10瓣
朝天椒
3个
鸡腿肉
3块(走地鸡肉较小就用4块),切成1厘米方形小块
耗油
1tbsp
生抽
2tsp
老抽
1tsp
白糖或耶糖
1tsp
新鲜罗勒
2大把

步骤 1
锅中热多一些油至八成熟,打入鸡蛋,中火炸至蛋白凝固蛋黄仍流动时(或你喜欢的熟度)取出,中间不需要翻面(除非你喜欢全熟)。取出炸蛋后余温还会让它变得更熟一些,所以不要炸过火候。
步骤 2
蒜和朝天椒放入蒜钵捣碎或用刀切碎。炸鸡蛋的锅中留2勺油,倒去多余的,重新热油至8成熟,放入捣碎的蒜和辣椒炒香。
