南方都市报消息，22日，韩国女团aespa中国籍成员宁艺卓直接点名两个长期发布恶意言论的账号，正面喊话黑粉，相关话题冲上热搜。
Chinese singer and member of the K-pop girl group aespa Ning Yizhuo (Ningning) publicly called out two social media accounts over alleged online abuse, warning they could face legal action if the harassment continued.
宁艺卓在微博直接点名黑粉账号，怒斥其长期对自己、粉丝及家人进行言语攻击，并表示：“如果再让我看到类似帖子，等着被告吧。”
According to Southern Metropolis Daily, Ning accused the two accounts of repeatedly insulting her, her fans and her family. She wrote on Weibo, "If I see similar posts again, be ready to be sued."
南方都市报报道称，事件起因是黑粉对宁艺卓及其粉丝、家人进行言语攻击，并且有账号将宁艺卓母亲的照片设为头像，发布帖子挑衅，宁艺卓在评论区回复要求对方“马上把头像换了”。
The dispute escalated after one account allegedly used a photo of Ning's mother as its profile picture while posting provocative content. Ning responded by demanding that the user "change the profile picture immediately".
截至当天15时许，被宁艺卓公开点名的两个账号，一个显示“因违反社区公约，被永久禁言”，一个显示“该账号因用户自行申请关闭，无法查看”。
By about 3 pm that day, one account had been permanently suspended for violating platform rules, while the other had been closed.
上海理振武事务所律师“娱乐法李振武”注意到，有网友以 “宁艺卓粉丝辱骂自家偶像” 为由，主张自身行为有理。
据此，他区分了维权与报复：宁艺卓针对他人冒用母亲照片、发布侮辱言论发声警示，属于合法维权；而因粉丝矛盾转而攻击对方艺人及其家人，属于报复。
A lawyer quoted by the newspaper said Ning's response was a legitimate effort to defend her rights, while retaliating against an artist or their family over fan disputes crossed the line.
“你的偶像被骂了，你可以愤怒。但愤怒之后，请选择正确的路径——取证、举报、起诉，而不是加入骂战。”李振武提醒，一旦选择以暴制暴，自己就从受害者变成加害者，最终陷入无底线的网络互殴。
他特别提醒，把宁艺卓母亲的真实照片设为头像，是持续性的公开展示，每次被看到、被截图、被传播，都是一次新的侵害行为。
极目新闻评论，宁艺卓的维权方式绝不是最优解，也不适合被照搬效仿。但这件事无疑给所有网友敲响了警钟：网络发言自由有度，肆无忌惮的恶意攻击终会付出代价。守住道德底线、恪守法律规则，理性文明上网，才能肃清暴躁的戾气，守护清朗网络生态。
