2026 年 7 月 20 日,邹明辉团队在 Diabetes 杂志上发表的 2 篇研究论文被撤回。

这两篇论文分别发表于 2010 年 3 月 18 日(题为「Activation of AMP-activated protein kinase inhibits oxidized LDL-triggered endoplasmic reticulum stress in vivo」)和 2009 年 10 月 26 日(题为「In vivo activation of AMP-activated protein kinase attenuates diabetes-enhanced degradation of GTP cyclohydrolase I」 )。

此次撤稿由美国糖尿病协会(ADA)应俄克拉荷马大学健康校区的要求执行,主要原因是纠正因数据不可靠而造成的研究记录问题。

俄克拉荷马大学健康校区对文章中数据真实性的调查得出结论:

图 4C 是伪造的,其内容为重复使用并重新标注了来自先前已撤稿出版物中的免疫印迹(Diabetes 2008;57:3222–3230. DOI: Link to Upregulation of Mitochondrial Uncoupling Protein-2 by the AMP-activated Protein Kinase in Endothelial Cells Attenuates Oxidative Stress in Diabetes10.2337/db08-0610),且未注明出处。

具体造假内容如下所述:

图 4C 中 β-actin 印迹的第 1–3 条泳道经由 2008 年文章重新使用,其比例已调整,该文章中这些泳道在图 5A 中被报告为 c-Jun 印迹+/-AICAR 处理的第 1–3 条泳道,在图 6C 中则作为 C57BL6 样本的 IP:PGIS/WB:PGIS 印迹的第 1–3 条泳道。
