The Cuiyun Corridor Ancient Shu Road (the ancient road system to today\x26#39;s Sichuan province) stretches across Jiange county in Guangyuan and Zitong county in Mianyang, Sichuan province, with the Jiange section forming its principal route. Extending for 151 kilometers, the road is lined with thousands of ancient cypress trees, some dating back to the Qin (221-206 BC) and Han (206 BC-AD 220) dynasties. After more than two millennia, many still stand tall with dense, evergreen foliage. Paved with stone slabs and shaded by towering cypresses, the road winds through tranquil forests.

这里是目前存世时间最长、面积最大、数量最多的人工行道古树群,有7000多棵千年古柏树,其中最长树龄达2300多年,被称为“蜀道奇观”和“森林活化石”。
