在内蒙古阿拉善盟额济纳旗的茫茫大漠深处，藏着一片被称作“大漠天池”的奇迹之水——居延海。它不是江南，却胜似江南；它是一片湖，却有着海的辽阔与胸怀。如果你问我，西北之行最不能错过什么，我会毫不犹豫地说：去居延海看一次日出。

一、走进居延海：大漠深处的碧波传奇

居延海位于内蒙古自治区阿拉善盟额济纳旗北部，是我国第二大内陆河黑河的尾闾湖。发源于祁连山深处的黑河，流经青海、甘肃、内蒙古三省区八百余公里后，汇入巴丹吉林沙漠西北缘的戈壁洼地，形成了这片碧波荡漾的湖泊。

“居延”是匈奴语，历史上曾称居延泽、西海，从唐代开始才称为居延海。湖泊形状狭长弯曲，有如一弯新月。这里不仅自然风光旖旎，更承载着深厚的历史文化底蕴——汉代骠骑将军霍去病曾在此饮马，唐代大诗人王维出使居延时写下了“大漠孤烟直，长河落日圆”的千古名句。相传老子出函谷关后也在此得道成仙，留下了“流沙仙踪”的传说。漫步湖畔，仿佛能穿越时空，感受到历史的厚重与沧桑。

二、行前必知：什么时候去最合适

居延海四季皆有不同的美，但要说最值得奔赴的时刻，非秋季莫属。

最佳旅行季节：每年9月中旬到10月中旬是最佳旅游时节。此时天气晴朗，胡杨林一片金黄，与居延海的碧水蓝天交相辉映，美如画卷。5月到6月则是候鸟季，数十万只候鸟在此栖息繁衍，适合观鸟和拍摄生态场景。春季多发沙尘暴，冬季过于寒冷，不太适宜游览。

关于时间安排：居延海景区通常早上5点半左右开放，建议游玩时间为1到3小时。如果只想看日出，游玩2小时左右足矣；如果想深度游览、乘船体验，可以安排半天时间。

三、如何抵达：交通方式全解析

前往居延海，通常以额济纳旗达来呼布镇为中转站。从达来呼布镇到居延海约40至50公里，车程约50分钟到1小时。

大交通：可以先飞抵银川、嘉峪关或酒泉等城市，再转乘长途客车或包车前往额济纳旗。旺季时也有航班直飞额济纳旗桃来机场。自驾的话，G7京新高速可直达，沿途戈壁风光绝美。

内部交通：达来呼布镇没有直达居延海的公共交通，包车或自驾是最方便的方式。从镇子北口出去，沿绕城高速行驶，根据导航前往即可。沿途路况良好，但要注意行车安全。

四、观景台详解：三个码头，三种风景

居延海景区内的水上栈道主要串联了三个观景台，各有特色。

1号观景台（鸿雁码头）：位置较高，可以远眺整个居延海的全景。如果想拍大场景、感受湖泊的全貌，这里是不错的选择。

2号观景台（东归码头）：观赏日出的绝佳位置，视野开阔无遮挡。这里是海鸥聚集最多的地方，可以一边等日出一边和海鸥互动。2号观景台还设有快艇码头，可以乘船游览湖面。

3号观景台（仙踪码头）：同样是看日出的好去处，而且游客相对较少。这里矗立着老子雕像，相传老子曾在此得道成仙。3号观景台也是海鸥非常集中的地方，很适合喂鸥拍照。

不少去过的人反馈，2号和3号观景台都很棒，但如果时间有限，直接去2号观景台就足够了。也有人说3号观景台是看日出最佳的地方。我的建议是：如果时间充裕，可以两个都去看看；如果只为追一场日出，选择一个视野好的位置安心等待就好。

五、追光时刻：在居延海看一场日出

来居延海，看日出是头等大事。有人说，额济纳的魂，一半在胡杨林的鎏金里，一半在居延海的日出中。

几点出发：建议提前查好当天的日出时间。秋季日出大约在7点左右，需要在6点之前到达景区抢占机位。从达来呼布镇出发的话，凌晨4点半到5点就要动身了。虽然早起很辛苦，但当太阳从湖面慢慢升起、成千上万只海鸥在身边飞舞时，那种震撼的感觉一辈子都忘不了。

怎么走：进入景区后，沿着木栈道走大约500米才能到达观光车乘车点。观光车分别开往1号观景台和3号观景台。如果想直接去2号观景台，可以先坐车到3号再步行过去，或者在栈道上步行约15到20分钟到达。景区的观光车循环开放，随到随上，非常方便。

观日出的技巧：日出前半小时抵达观景台最佳，因为朝霞变幻的过程比日出本身更震撼。到达后打开手机指南针确认东方，找一个视野开阔的位置静静等待。等日出的过程中，可以拿出准备好的小面包投喂海鸥——海鸥不挑食，普通的馍或饼都可以。当你投喂时，成群的鸭子和海鸥会围拢过来，拍照非常出片。

穿什么：居延海地处西北大漠，昼夜温差极大。清晨观日出时气温极低，体感温度常在零度以下。一定要穿厚羽绒服或厚款冲锋衣，戴上帽子、手套、围巾和口罩。如果怕冷，可以带上暖宝宝。白天日照强烈，墨镜、防晒霜和润唇膏也是必备品。

六、不只是日出：白天的居延海同样精彩

看完日出别急着走——白天的居延海同样值得慢慢品味。

喂海鸥：居延海的上空翱翔着成群的紅嘴海鸥。在2号和3号观景台，海鸥会主动靠近游客，准备好小面包或馒头，就能和这些可爱的精灵来一场亲密互动。

漫步芦苇荡：湖畔芦苇丛生，高大繁茂，身姿远超人身。行走在栈道之上，仿佛置身金色海洋。芦苇顶端举着扫帚般的苇花，在晨光或夕阳里被镶上一层金色的光晕，灿烂在大漠碧水之畔。

乘船游湖：景区内可以乘坐游艇或竹筏游览湖面。从水上视角欣赏湿地风光，看碧波荡漾、水鸟翔集，又是另一番感受。

拍照打卡：除了观景台，3号观景台往深处走约500米有一条小众栈道，两边芦苇比人高，阳光穿过来形成“光影隧道”，非常适合拍氛围感照片。如果带了无人机，也可以在戈壁土丘上找一个高点航拍，视角独特。

七、周边串联：一条丰富的西北风情线路

居延海周边还有不少值得一去的景点，可以串联成一条丰富的旅行线路。
