古都西安今夏一改往日的干热，持续高温与异常偏高的湿度形成罕见联手夹击之势。气温常突破37℃，相对湿度也维持在60%以上，这种湿热交织的天气，让不少习惯了干爽酷暑的市民感到格外难熬。对于患有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等基础病的庞大慢性病群体而言，这种天气带来的不仅是体感上的不适，更是对病情的严峻考验，而按时服药，就是守护健康的第一道防线。

高温高湿环境下，人体血管扩张，出汗量激增，水分和电解质大量流失，血液相对浓缩。很多高血压患者自测血压发现比冬季偏低，便萌生了“天热了可以少吃点药”的错误念头。这是一个极其危险的误区。夏季血压波动往往更大，尤其是夜间和清晨时段，擅自减药或停药，极易导致血压剧烈反弹，诱发心肌梗死、脑卒中等致命心脑血管意外。同样，糖尿病患者在夏季食欲不振、出汗增多，血糖也容易出现高低波动，如果随意调整降糖药或胰岛素用量，可能引发严重的低血糖昏迷或酮症酸中毒。

因此，所有慢性病患者都必须牢记：服药方案是医生根据长期病情制定的，绝不可凭自我感觉随意更改。感觉血压、血糖有异常波动时，应做好详细记录，及时到医院复诊，由专业医生评估后调整方案。夏日居家要格外注意药品的储存，多数药品需存放在阴凉、干燥、避光处，部分特殊药品如胰岛素开封后需冷藏保存，但要防止冻结。同时，建议慢性病患者每天定时监测血压、血糖等关键指标，一旦出现持续的头晕、胸闷、心慌、视物模糊或肢体麻木等不适，不能硬扛，应立即就医。按时服药，规律检测，才能安然度过这个湿热交加的夏天。
