武汉24岁女孩小雨为改善轻微“地包天”做正颌手术，反成“鞋拔子脸”，相关话题引发网友热议。
A 24-year-old woman in Wuhan, Hubei province, says a corrective jaw operation intended to move her lower jaw back by 2 millimeters instead advanced it by 13 millimeters, leaving her with worsening facial asymmetry and bite problems.

据第一现场报道，近期小雨反映，她2025年在武汉大学口腔医院接受正颌手术后出现严重并发症，多方权威医疗机构评估认为该手术存在误诊、过度医疗、术中操作失误、术后护理疏漏等多项问题，但她维权至今始终未能得到妥善解决。
小雨此前自身仅存在侧面轻微骨性下颌前突，正面外观基本无异常，初衷只是去口腔医院咨询补牙、种牙或常规正畸方案。接诊医生检查后，判定其需要接受正颌手术，并直接安排她转诊至该院正颌科室。
The woman, identified by the pseudonym Xiaoyu, told Shenzhen Television Station that several hospitals she consulted later confirmed that the planned and performed movements appeared to be reversed. She said the direction in which her jaw was supposed to rotate was also reversed.
Xiaoyu said she had sought dental treatment in 2025 after earlier tooth extractions were followed by a mild jaw problem. She visited Hospital of Stomatology Wuhan University to ask about a filling or orthodontic treatment, but was told after an examination that she needed orthognathic surgery and was referred to the hospital's orthognathic department.
小雨称，术前评估显示，她仅存在2毫米的下颌前突，合理方案为将下颌骨向后微调2毫米，但医生反向操作，非但没有后移下颌，反而将下颌骨向外拉出13毫米以上，直接加剧“地包天”症状，同时颌骨横向偏移过多，造成面部三维偏颌，上下颌面形成两个不对称平面。
当事人小雨称，在被主治医生建议做完手术后，她就发现自己脸部明显歪斜，反颌情况越来越严重，变成了“地包天”。小雨表示这个情况非常复杂，前前后后需要大概7次手术，“后续想通过二次手术恢复原样至少要花费30万元”。
Xiaoyu complains that her face had become more asymmetrical after the surgery.
Xiaoyu said the surgery left her with what she described as a protruding, elongated facial appearance, as well as damage affecting her bite and jaw structure. She previously worked as a model but said she lost that job after the operation.
She estimates that corrective treatment could cost more than 300,000 yuan and take a long time. She has sought help from the hospital and the local health authorities, but said the dispute has not been settled.
“去求证了很多家医院，每一个都跟我说确实被做反了。”小雨表示，手术不仅给她带来了外观上的改变，还造成了牙齿、鼻子功能受损。“钉子把牙打穿，牙龈萎缩，牙齿也变成‘地包天’了，我鼻中隔往左偏曲了，导致我鼻孔根本通不了气。”
术后，她前往北京、上海等地，专家医生跟她说，直接能看出来她有偏颌和反颌，就让她直接去手术，达到手术指征了。
小雨拿着检查报告再次找到给自己做手术的主刀医生，该医生称：“我喜欢这种面型，现在的面型比之前更洋气，这个是你要接受新的面型，我们做了效果之后嘴巴并没有凸呀，你不接受只有二次手术。”
为进一步了解事件详情，记者联系了武汉大学口腔医院，院方工作人员也证实已经受理了相关投诉，目前正在处理中，相关情况也已向上级卫生管理部门进行汇报。对于事件的具体核查细节，工作人员称：“这个事情我们已经在受理当中了，患者本人正在和医院处理，患者的隐私问题我们不方便对媒体公开。”
事发后，小雨找到涉事医院以及当地卫健委进行维权。目前，当地卫健委正在处理。
According to Xiaoyu, the surgeon responded to her complaint by describing the resulting facial shape as more fashionable. The hospital has not announced a resolution, while the local health commission is handling the case.
