每个人的记忆深处，都会有一些美好的童年回忆。在我们小时候，物质匮乏，也没有什么零食可以吃，爆米花就是那时候最受欢迎的零食了。爆米花师傅走街串巷不定时地来一趟，我们便会拿一碗玉米，兜里揣上几毛钱奔向爆米花摊。看着师傅把玉米装进爆米花机，一边摇一边加热，时间一到听到“嘭”的一声巨响后，爆米花就烤好了。回到家后，姐弟几人瓜分着，现在想起来都会觉得很开心。

现在那种转炉式的爆米花机已经基本见不到了，我们见得最多的就是电影院里的爆米花机。看电影的时候，10个人至少有一半以上手里都会捧着爆米花。在很多人看来，没有爆米花的电影，算不上一场完美的观影体验，爆米花似乎是看电影的标配了。但电影院里的爆米花好吃却十分昂贵，一桶就要一二十块钱，有的还特别甜，不想给孩子吃。

其实，爆米花自己在家里也可以做。很多人有这个疑问：别人家的爆米花香甜酥脆，自己做为什么不成功？关键是材料没用对。一把玉米一把糖，三分钟就能搞定，个个都开花，100克玉米就能爆一锅，成本还不到2块钱，简单易学零失败。而且没有任何的添加剂，吃起来不会觉得腻，也更加健康。自从尝过我做的爆米花后，朋友和同事都更乐意自己做。如何在家做香甜酥脆的爆米花呢，一起来看看具体的做法吧！

自爆玉米100克，食用油20克，白糖适量（白糖的量可以根据自己的口味来加，喜爱吃甜的多加，不喜欢甜的少加，也可以把白糖换成蜂蜜口感更好，但颜色会略黑）。

1、首先，最要紧的一点就是玉米的选择，这也是很多人在家做不成功的关键。自己在家做爆米花，一定要选择专门的自爆玉米，用普通玉米做就很难成功了。自爆玉米是为爆米花特地研制的品种，种子内部含有一定的水分，膨胀系数超过90%，外层表皮致密不透气，在加热的情况下，很容易就能做出开花的爆米花。
