提到芹菜，相信大家都不会陌生，它是我国农村普遍种植的一种蔬菜。芹菜本身含有一种特殊的芬芳味道，经常食用可促进肠胃分泌消化液，从而增强肠胃的消化功能。除此之外，芹菜中也含有大量的膳食纤维、维生素和蛋白质，多吃对身体益处多多。芹菜也是种百搭菜品，凉拌、清炒、炒肉，不管怎么食用，都掩盖不住它的香醇。芹菜炒猪肉、芹菜炒牛肉都是经典菜式，百吃不厌。

鸡肉是餐桌上最常出现的食材之一，更是中国人根深蒂固的情节，吃鸡——代表着一种祝愿，一种隆重。正所谓“无鸡不成宴”，在全国各地，无论饮食习惯相差多大，鸡的做法也总是花样百出。但不论怎么烹饪，鸡肉鲜嫩入味、口感爽滑浓郁，都是鸡肉好吃的终极目标。鸡腿儿，运动量大，肌肉较多，肉质细嫩鲜美，应该是鸡身上最美味的部分了。鸡腿肉既不会像鸡胸肉那样口感发柴，也不会像鸡肉那样骨头太多吃得不够尽兴，那种大朵快颐的感觉，真的是让人欲罢不能。

今天我们就要用鲜嫩美味的鸡腿肉搭配爽口清脆的小香芹来做一道家常美食，芹菜别再炒猪肉了，和这肉才是绝配，鲜脆爽口，越嚼越香。没吃过的朋友一定要试试。

新鲜鸡腿2个，小香芹1把（香芹相比普通芹菜来说，口感更加爽脆，膳食纤维也更加丰富），料酒1勺，生抽1勺，淀粉1勺，葱姜蒜少许。

1、首先是鸡腿肉的处理。先用刀在鸡腿脚踝位置切开筋膜，中间切上一刀，然后沿腿骨将鸡肉脱骨，最后一手捏住脚踝，一手按住鸡肉，用力将骨肉与鸡肉撕开就处理干净了。
