世界动物保护协会（World Animal Protection）诚聘一名兼具写作功底与人文关怀的顾问（Copy Writer），负责用文字讲述动物保护背后的故事，传递动物福利理念。

岗位职责

● 整理并撰写源自一线工作的内容素材（涵盖科普教育、动物救助、执法巡护和栖息地保护等领域），支持机构国际筹款工作。

● 撰写专题报道和社交媒体推文，提升公众对动物保护挑战的认知。

● 为项目撰写适用于多平台的传播文案，包括但不限于新闻稿、社交媒体内容、投放文案等。

● 根据项目需求的变化，不断扩充传播内容体系并制作相应传播素材。

任职要求 & 必备条件

● 高度认同并理解动物福利理念，对动物保护事业怀有热情。

● 具备优秀的采编能力和访谈技能，有扎实的写作和内容创作经验。

● 具有较强的理解力和学习敏锐度，能够快速吸收并整合相关专业知识。

● 中英文写作及沟通能力俱佳，能够熟练使用中英文进行采写和文献阅读。

● 身体素质良好，能够适应出差任务和野外工作环境。

● 两年以上网络数字内容策划与撰稿经验。

● 国内外知名院校本科及以上学历。

Position Summary

World Animal Protection is seeking a consultant with strong writing skills and deep compassion for animals. Hired as a copy writer, you will craft compelling stories about our animal welfare initiatives to motivate the public to take action to protect animals.

Key Responsibilities

● Compile and develop content materials derived from frontline work (covering areas such as science popularization and education, animal rescue, law enforcement patrols, and habitat protection) to support the organization's international fundraising efforts.

● Craft feature stories and social media pieces to improve public understanding on animal welfare and conservation challenges.

● Develop cross-platform communications materials for various projects, covering press releases, social media posts, promotional collateral and more.

● Expand content frameworks and create supporting communications assets to align with evolving project requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements

Essential

✅️ Strong identification with and understanding of animal welfare values, with a genuine passion for animal protection;

✅️ Excellent journalism and interviewing skills, with proven ability in writing and content creation;

✅️ Strong comprehension and learning agility, capable of quickly absorbing and synthesizing relevant knowledge;

✅️ Excellent writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English, with fluency in conducting interviews and reading academic literature in both languages;

✅️ Good physical fitness, able to adapt to fieldwork and travel to project sites;

✅️ 2+ years of experience pitching and writing for the web digital contents.

✅️ Bachelor’s degree or above from a credible university.

Preferred Qualifications

✅️ Experience working in international media or international organizations;

✅️ Ability to produce multi-format content, including video and audio.
