根据河南公安机关侦查查明，2026年7月11日河南省2026年高校毕业生“三支一扶”计划招募笔试，存在规模性组织作弊犯罪行为。为严肃招考纪律，维护考试公平，经研究，7月11日笔试成绩作废，定于2026年8月22日重新组织笔试。
The Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced Friday afternoon that the results of the July 11 written exam for the province's 2026 recruitment of college graduates have been voided following the discovery of organized cheating.
A new written exam has been scheduled for Aug 22, according to an official statement.

“三支一扶”是指高校毕业生到基层从事支教、支农、支医和帮扶乡村振兴等服务。
The exam was administered as part of the "Sanzhi Yifu" program, which is a national initiative that places college graduates in community-level posts in education, agriculture, healthcare, and poverty relief.
近日，河南“三支一扶”考试成绩公布，有网友在安阳市和济源市的考生成绩中发现规律，多个岗位出现高分断层领先，第一名80多分，而第二名只有60多分。该网友指出“一人岗就有一个人考80分以上，两人岗就有两个人考80分以上。”
8月2日，河南省“三支一扶”领导小组协调办公室发布通报：针对2026年“三支一扶”计划招募舆情，经核查，发现有非法参与考试作弊行为。目前，已对河南省人事考试中心负责人停职调查。公安机关已成立专案组，对涉嫌违法犯罪行为进行全面侦查调查。

8月7日，新华社记者从河南公安机关获悉：2026年8月2日，接人社部门关于河南省2026年“三支一扶”计划招募笔试有非法参与考试作弊行为的报案后，公安机关高度重视，迅速成立专案组，全面开展侦查调查。
现查明，7月11日举办的招募笔试存在规模性组织作弊犯罪行为，嫌疑人在考前勾结考务人员获取试卷考题，随后立即组织人员答题，后将答案用提前准备的电子设备点对点向事前约定的考生传递，从中牟取利益。
An investigation found that systematic cheating took place during the written exam on July 11. Suspects allegedly colluded in advance with on-site exam staff to obtain the test questions, arranged for others to solve them, and then sent the answers directly to selected candidates using electronic devices.
目前，公安机关已抓获组织作弊团伙主要成员及其他涉嫌违法犯罪嫌疑人，案件正在进一步侦办中。
Several core members suspected of involvement in the cheating have been apprehended, according to authorities. The investigation is ongoing.
