有网友担心工作人员安全，也有人质疑台风天气下是否有必要继续安排室外互动。
Many netizens raised safety concerns for the staff, and some questioned whether outdoor character interactions should be scheduled during such inclement weather.
据上游新闻报道，8月10日，记者以游客身份联系上海迪士尼度假区客服。一名客服人员表示，园区当天的项目及互动安排会根据实时天气情况动态调整，部分室外项目可能临时关闭或取消。
对于游客关心的迪士尼朋友互动项目，该客服人员表示，目前相关互动仍会安排。“迪士尼朋友互动区域的人偶到目前为止还是会有的，但是会根据天气情况，像一些室外项目有可能会临时关闭或者直接取消。”

针对网上“因游客投诉，互动人偶在台风天被迫营业”的说法，客服人员回应称，乐园相关项目会依据当天实际运营安排及天气情况作出调整，并非不顾及安全或游客体验。

A customer service representative from the resort responded on Monday that the park dynamically adjusts its attraction and activity schedules based on real-time weather, and some outdoor attractions and entertainment may be temporarily closed or canceled.
Denying the speculation that the character appearances were "forced to continue" due to visitor complaints, the representative noted that activity arrangements follow the day-to-day operational plans and weather conditions. The resort, the representative added, did not disregard staff safety or visitor experience.

据新华社消息，8月11日8时，中国气象局处于台风、暴雨、强对流二级应急响应。
预计未来三天，受台风“白海豚”及其残余环流和冷空气共同影响，浙江、江苏、安徽、湖北、河南、山东、山西、河北、北京等地有强降雨，部分地区暴雨致灾风险高；内蒙古、西北地区东部、东北地区等地多分散性强降雨，并伴有风雹天气，需防范对交通、城市运行等的影响。
Despite its weakening, Typhoon Dolphin's moisture-rich circulation is expected to bring widespread rainfall across much of China. From 8 am Tuesday to 8 am Wednesday, heavy to torrential rainfall is forecast in parts of Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Shandong, Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin, as well as Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Heilongjiang and Yunnan.
