食材：
秋葵、
虾皮、
红辣椒、
蒜瓣;
1、虾皮过一道清水，沥干水份;红辣椒去蒂洗净，剖开去籽，切成细丁;蒜瓣切成碎末;
2、预先准备好调料汁：虾皮、红椒碎与2/3的蒜末混合，加适量盐、生抽、白糖，搅拌均匀;
3、秋葵洗净，在放了盐、植物油的沸水中焯烫一两分钟，捞出冲凉，沥干水份，去蒂，切成小段，与事先准备的调味汁混合;
4、汤勺里放入剩下1/3的蒜末，加入植物油，在灶上小火加热至蒜末滋滋作响，关火，将现制的蒜油淋在秋葵上，搅拌均匀，入味后即可食用。
