无意中在网上看到的配方，当时就被它霸气的名字吸引了。试了几次感觉真的非常不错，因为制作过程中只要一次发酵，真的非常节省时间。刚开始以为一次发酵的吐司可能口感会差一些，做了几次感觉自己多虑了，只要你的面揉的到位，发酵到位做出来的面包还是很好吃的！跟两次发酵的面包不相上下，做面包毕竟比较花时间，如果你也非常喜欢吃面包，时间又比较局促的时候，可以试试这个配方，我经常是同时揉两个吐司的面团，同时烤两个吐司，一个现吃，一个冷冻在冰箱里，没干粮吃的时候拿出来救急，直接切片放在多士炉里烤一下，外简直完美！
这个非常火爆的吐司有个霸气的名字duo命软吐司，所以可见它有多么的软了吧！配方中的液体我来说明一下，可以鸡蛋加牛奶，160克是指液体的总重量，当然你可以换成淡奶油，椰浆，水，酸奶等。但是如果用淡奶油建议不要超过80克。配方的量是一个450克吐司模的量，做两个加倍即可。
原料：
高粉260克，液体160克、酵母3克、砂糖30克、盐2克、黄油20-30克。（一个吐司的量，两个加倍。）
做法：
1、将原料除黄油外，倒入厨师机。
2、揉至面筋扩展，表面光滑，加入软化的黄油。
3、继续搅拌好的面团，可以拉出细腻的薄膜。
4、将揉好后的面团取出排气后，均分3份，滚圆后松弛15分钟。
5、松弛后的面团擀成长舌形。
6、然后卷起。
7、等距离排入吐司内盒中。
8、最后发酵至8-9分满。
