“世上只有妈妈好，有妈的孩子像块宝……”立冬那天，妈妈一大早来到了我家，带来了前一天晚上用上好黄酒浸泡的阿胶，说是要为我熬上一些阿胶糕，给我补补气血。呵呵~~爱心阿胶糕早就吃上了，只是做法懒懒的拖到现在才写。
虽说现在成品芝麻核桃阿胶糕买买挺方便的，但是自己熬制的更真材实料一些不是？更何况是妈妈亲手用古法熬制的，没有一丁点儿驴皮难闻的味儿，香香的还很好吃呢！
材料：阿胶4块，黄酒适量，冰糖150克，核桃仁400克，黑芝麻60克，免洗枸杞60克。
做法：
1、阿胶放入一个大容器中，倒入上好的黄酒，酒量没过阿胶就可以了浸泡8小时以上，浸泡后的阿胶会有一些溶化；
2、阿胶中加入冰糖，连同盛放的容器中一起放入锅中，隔水炖制；
3、炖制时时不时地用筷子或汤匙搅拌以促进阿胶溶化，阿胶炖溶时间至少在半小时以上；
4、炖至阿胶彻底溶化，此时阿胶看上去非常细腻且粘稠，用筷子挑起可以像缎带一滑落；
5、炖制的同时，黑芝麻用清水洗净后炒香；
6、核桃仁用烤箱150度烘烤8分钟，晾凉后掰成小块（5、6两步骤如果担心动作慢、来不及可以在炖制之前做好）；
7、将核桃仁、芝麻、枸杞加入阿胶中快速拌匀，趁热倒入一小事先抹了油的烤盘中，按压平整；
8、晾凉后取出切块，用密闭容器储存，随吃随取。
确实，阿胶糕适合女人，尤其是气血虚的女人，不过阿胶糕具有补血养血、美容养颜、润肠通便、提高免疫力的综合保健功效，因此它不只适合女人，有以上滋补需要的男女老少都可以吃的哦！
小提示：
1、阿胶提前一天用上好的黄河浸泡，一是可以祛味增香，二是可以加快阿胶融化；

2、加入阿胶里的核桃仁、芝麻都需要烤熟或炒熟，枸杞如果不是免洗的，清洗之后需要晾干，还可以根据需要加入红枣什么的；
3、喜甜的，可以增加冰糖的量，加入的核桃仁、芝麻、枸杞、红枣等食材的配比可以根据喜好作出调整，只要添加食材的总量足以能够将溶化的阿胶沾完就可以了。
