自打知道了芹菜叶的各种好之后，咱家吃芹菜就再也没做过只吃茎而丢了叶的傻事儿，每次的芹菜叶都会被变着法儿地做成可口的小菜，关于芹菜叶的吃法以前也写过好几篇，今天再向大家推荐一种芹菜叶的美味吃法－－芹菜叶黑木耳炒蛋。

食材：芹菜叶、黑木耳、鸡蛋

调料：油、盐

制作方法：

1、黑木耳清水浸发后洗净；

2、芹菜叶摘洗干净；

3、坐锅烧水，水开后加入少许油和盐，将芹菜叶加入锅中焯一下，水再次沸腾后捞出，冷水冲凉挤干；

4、将黑木耳加入锅中焯至水再次沸腾后捞出，冷水冲凉后控干水分；

5、将焯水后的芹菜叶和黑木耳分别剁碎，我偷懒借用料理机；

6、鸡蛋2枚打入碗中，加入少许盐打散搅拌均匀；

7、将芹菜叶、黑木耳的碎末加入蛋液中搅拌均匀；

8、炒锅中倒入适量油，油热后，倒入芹菜叶黑木耳鸡蛋液，翻炒至蛋液凝固即可。

芹菜叶炒鸡蛋的口感是软软的，添加了黑木耳之后，则吃起来又软又弹，因为芹菜叶有平肝降压、镇静安神、利尿消肿、养血补虚、清热解毒、防癌抗癌等作用，而黑木耳有排毒、抗癌防癌、防治贫血、有效排除异物的功效，所以这是一道名符其实的养生佳肴，有需要的就端走吧！不过呢，任何事物都有两面性，脾胃虚寒的人不宜多吃哈！
