近日，台媒报道，有台湾业者将大陆“张雪机车”拆解成零组件，分批输台后组装成车，遭到台经济部门查缉扣押。
Taiwan's economic affairs authorities, together with several other departments, seized a motorcycle of the mainland manufacturer ZXMOTO in New Taipei City — prompting Zhang Xue, the brand's founder, to vow to keep replacing the motorcycle until "reunification".
8月20日，“张雪机车”创始人张雪在短视频平台发布视频回应称，不清楚具体原因。他提出，承担车主全部维权律师费用。
“如果车要不回来，我就再送一台车。如果送的车又被查扣，那我再送一台，不停地送。送到什么时候为止呢？送到统一为止。”张雪说。
Zhang Xue responded on Thursday by offering to cover full legal fees for the owner. He stated, "If the motorcycle cannot be retrieved, I will send another one. If that one is seized too, I will send another — and keep sending until reunification."
今年3月以来，“张雪机车”在世界超级机车锦标赛多次夺冠，成为台湾的热议话题，夺冠同款的量产820RR令不少台湾车迷神往。
Interest in ZXMOTO surged across Taiwan after the company's 820RR-RS race bike swept two races at the Portuguese round of the Superbike World Championship in March, a historic breakthrough by a Chinese motorcycle manufacturer in one of the world's premier production-based motorcycle racing series.
岛内落地的首台“张雪机车”820RR系网名“小飞哥”的台湾工程师王先生与网络博主“米亚”将整车拆解后分批运输回台、历时一个半月亲手组装而成。
Wang Mao-sheng, a Taiwan engineer, and local YouTuber and motorcycle enthusiast Mia spent six weeks dismantling an 820RR into hundreds of individual components, transporting the parts across the Taiwan Strait before painstakingly reassembling the motorcycle in Taiwan.
王先生8月12日首度通过社交媒体公开回应，车辆并非以整车方式进口，而是从广州购买后拆解零件，再混用其他厂牌零件于台湾加工组装，强调“所有的报单都可以查验核对”，并已配合相关部门将车辆带回调查。
Wang said on his social media account that the motorcycle had not been imported as a complete vehicle. Instead, parts from a ZXMOTO motorcycle purchased in Guangzhou were combined with components from other brands and processed and assembled in Taiwan.
"All the import declarations can be checked and verified," Wang said.
此前，张雪在接受专访时透露，企业非常期待在台湾地区开设门店，正和有意向的台商对接代理事宜，各项筹备工作有序推进。台经济部门却称，依现行规定，中国大陆制机车（整车）属“大陆物品不准输入”项目，依法不得输入台湾。
Zhang Xue has previously expressed a strong interest in opening a store in Taiwan. He said the outlet would adopt the same quality-control and after-sales service standards as those on the mainland, and expressed a desire to ride around the island.
Under current rules, complete heavy motorcycles and engines from the Chinese mainland are prohibited from entering Taiwan.
针对上述事件，国台办发言人朱凤莲8月19日表示，消费者期盼使用优质产品，而商家尽力满足这一需求是市场规律使然。对于台湾首辆民众自行购买零件组装的“张雪机车”被查扣，我们看到网上有一句精辟的评论，“大陆在演神话，台湾在闹笑话”。
“民进党当局出于‘谋独’本性，阻挠限制大陆优质产品入台，损害消费者权益，其霸道行径不得人心，只会破坏和恶化台湾的营商环境。”朱凤莲说。
On the seizure by Taiwan authorities of a motorcycle assembled in Taiwan from parts of a mainland-made ZXMOTO motorcycle, Zhu Fenglian, spokesperson for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, said on Wednesday that the move reflected the DPP authorities' efforts to block high-quality mainland products from entering Taiwan.
Such actions run counter to the wishes of the people and will only undermine the island's business environment, Zhu added.
