8月23日,在第二届世界人形机器人运动会田径400米赛项大型组决赛中,天工队以38.15秒的成绩夺得本届运动会首金,成绩超过了人类世界纪录。

At the second World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing, robot &;Tiangong&; won the 400m large-group final in 38.15 seconds – faster than the men&;s world record.

比赛过程中,天工Omni人形机器人跑姿独特,身体前倾、双臂大幅摆动,奔跑过程中做出类似“双手掩面”的害羞动作引发网友关注。

Its running style drew attention: torso leaned forward, arms swinging side‑to‑side, and at times a &;hands-over-face&; motion that looked almost shy.

据央广网报道,工程师揭秘天工机器人“娇羞”跑姿的来源时提到:摆臂太累,它自己选择了“捂脸跑”。

北京人形机器人创新中心运动控制算法专家韩刚在接受央广网采访时介绍说,这种姿势并非工程师刻意设计,而是机器人在仿真环境中通过强化学习自己摸索出来的,工程师只给奖励目标,不规定具体动作,让机器人在不断跌倒重来中找到最优解。

韩刚解释,在仿真训练中,机器人发现摆臂时肩部负载过大、关节容易发热,“捂脸跑”能耗更低、跑得更舒服,就选择了这种方式。
韩刚说,这说明机器人已具备通过自主尝试优化行为的能力,它自己在学习过程中找到最优解。

Engineers said that pose was not human‑designed. The robot learned it through reinforcement learning in simulation – given only a reward for speed, it tried countless falls and found that swinging arms too hard overheated its shoulder joints.

&;&;Covering the face&; used less energy and felt smoother, so it chose that,&; said Han Gang, an engineer at Beijing Innovation Center of Humanoid Robotics.

比赛中,Omni人形机器人过弯时将下半身压得极低、重心大幅前倾,膝盖几乎贴近地面,身体像摩托车赛车手一样倾斜过弯,动作极限而流畅。

During curves, the robot leaned extremely low, knees near the ground, like a motorcycle racer – a natural result of its self‑optimized control.

According to Han, this shows the robot can independently discover efficient solutions through trial and error.

据央广网报道,天工机器人研发企业——北京人形机器人创新中心创新人形部负责人郭宜劼介绍,高速奔跑,实际上就是人形机器人通用泛化移动能力的体现。未来也能基于这样的核心能力开发大小脑协同技术自主服务人类。
