1. Merchandising - Transfer/replenish/return products in system, including look up stock level from time to time; need communication skills；

2. Reporting - Monthly/weekly/daily basic data collection and filing up in excel or PPT in given template；

3. Finance - Document preparation to support；

4. Ad hoc support - admin wise team support.

1. Consolidate daily sales reports of retail partner；

2. Check posts on Red, Tiktok and Wechat Channels on a daily basis and share results with partner retail managers；

3. Monthly sharing strap stock report with WS stores；

4. Monthly consolidate watches resale situation；

5. Shopping bags and Gifts order placement and delivery；

6. Document translation；

7. Other ad-hoc tasks which partner retail managers assign.

职位描述

1. Ecommerce Operational Support：Wechat mp backend maintenance；GWP & client rewards maintenance and management；Debugging & Proof-reading；

2. Budget control, A&P tracking & contract/legal procedures：PO and finance process；Keep track of A&P spending；A&P reporting working with internal teams；Contract & other compliance procedures；

3. E-Mkt related Content & Social MKT & Livestream：Liaison with internal teams for content request；Cascading content to external partners & ensure right usage；Planning & execution for social channel content, KOL, livestream arrangements.

职位要求

1. Good Chinese and English composition, written & verbal；

2. Familiar with basic accounting and dealing with numbers；

3. Proficient in Excel & PPT commands；nice-to-have skills in Photoshop or other designing/coding software and languages；

4. Best if experienced with EC or Social Commerce；

5. Quality & Traits: Eager to learn, happy to help, Cautious, Thoughtful and Goal-Getter.
