国家移民局关于暂停发放西藏自治区日喀则市电子边境管理区证的公告

二零二六年八月二十六日十时三十分左右，西藏自治区日喀则市吉隆口岸尼泊尔一侧发生大规模泥石流，造成重大人员伤亡和人员失踪，目前吉荣口港的道路和通讯中断，可能仍会发生次生灾害，紧急救援和救灾行动正在紧张有序地进行。为防止前往边防管理区的人员生命财产受到伤害，避免紧急救援和救援行动受到干扰，维护交通秩序。 在边境地区 ，国家移民管理局决定，自 00:00 起生效 2026年8月28日 暂停发放西藏自治区日喀则市电子边境管理区证。已持有以日喀则为目的地的有效电子边境管制区证的人员，请暂不前往上述地区。恢复发放的情况将另行公告。

The National Immigration Administration’s Announcement on the Suspension of Issuing Electronic Border Administration Area Permit for Shigatse City, Xizang Autonomous Region

(No. 5 of 2026)

At approximately 10:30 on 26 August 2026, a large-scale mudslide occurred on the Nepalese side, causing heavy casualties and missing persons at the Gyirong Port, Shigatse City, Xizang Autonomous Region. At present, road and communication links at Gyirong Port have been disrupted, and secondary disasters may still occur. Emergency rescue and disaster-relief operations are underway in an intense and orderly manner. To prevent harm to the lives and property of personnel travelling to the border administration area, avoid disturbance to emergency rescue and disaster-relief operations, and maintain traffic order in the border region, the National Immigration Administration has decided that, with effect from 00:00 on 28 August 2026, the issuance of electronic border administration area permit for Shigatse City, Xizang Autonomous Region shall be suspended. Persons already holding valid electronic border administration area permit listing Shigatse City as their destination are requested to refrain from travelling to the aforementioned area for the time being. The resumption of issuance will be announced separately.
