About the HIT-BRI
哈尔滨工业大学北京研究院(以下简称“研究院”),是哈工大面向未来、布局新百年发展的重要战略平台,也是学校深度融入北京国际科技创新中心建设、服务国家重大战略实施的核心载体。研究院落户北京市石景山区,依托哈工大在人工智能、机器人与智能制造、航空航天、新材料等领域深厚的科研积淀,着力打造前沿科技创新策源地、科技成果转化加速器与高端人才集聚高地。
The Harbin Institute of Technology Beijing Research Institute (HIT-BRI) is a key strategic platform established by HIT to pursue future-oriented development and advance its vision for the next century. It also serves as a vital platform for HIT to deepen its engagement in the development of Beijing as an international center for science and technology innovation and to contribute to the implementation of major national strategies. Located in Shijingshan District, Beijing, HIT-BRI leverages HIT’s strong research capabilities and expertise in such fields as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and intelligent manufacturing, aerospace, and new materials. It is committed to establishing itself as a hub for cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation, an accelerator for technology transfer and research commercialization, and a premier hub for attracting and cultivating top-tier talent.
研究院由哈工大校长、中国科学院院士韩杰才担任院长,汇聚三十余位两院院士组成首席科学家、学术顾问及兼职导师队伍,助力科研人才承接国家战略任务,开展前沿交叉领域创新研究。研究院首批入驻5个国家级、2个省部级科研实验平台,为开展有组织科研、攻坚关键核心技术提供高能级平台支撑;院区规划建设多功能创新综合体,集科研办公、实验研发、学术交流、产业孵化、展览展示等多元功能于一体,为人才培养、科学研究、成果转化及国际交流合作提供全方位保障。
HIT-BRI is headed by Jiecai Han, President of HIT and an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. More than 30 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering contribute to the Institute as chief scientists, academic advisors, and adjunct mentors. Together, they provide high-level expertise and guidance to support researchers in undertaking major national strategic missions and advancing cutting-edge interdisciplinary research.
The Institute’s initial research infrastructure includes five national-level and two provincial- or ministerial-level research and experimental platforms, providing a strong foundation for organized research and the pursuit of breakthroughs in critical and core technologies. The Institute is also developing a multifunctional innovation complex that integrates research and office facilities, experimental R&D, academic exchange, industrial incubation, exhibitions, and other functions. The complex will provide an integrated environment to support talent development, scientific research, technology transfer, and international academic and industry collaboration.

Driven by future industries such as quantum technology, biomanufacturing, hydrogen energy and nuclear fusion energy, brain-computer interfaces, embodied intelligence, and sixth-generation mobile communications (6G), HIT-BRI focuses on fundamental disciplines such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology, while strategically advancing research in key areas including artificial intelligence, robotics and intelligent manufacturing, aerospace, new materials, and financial technology.
HIT-BRI welcomes outstanding scholars from around the world to engage in cutting-edge interdisciplinary research. The Institute provides scholars with a high degree of autonomy in determining their research directions and supports them in pursuing original and pioneering research.

Appointment as a full professor with public-institution staffing status; qualification to serve as a PhD supervisor will be granted, with a guaranteed PhD student enrollment quota.

博士后副研究员

This position is open to outstanding young PhD holders from China and abroad who have achieved notable research outcomes and possess a strong academic background and significant development potential. Applicants are generally expected to be under 32 years of age.

· 薪酬 Salary
提供具有国际竞争力、国内领先的薪酬待遇,如获批国家资助博士后研究人员计划(含博士后创新人才支持计划),执行相应薪酬待遇,资助期内最高可达50万元/年。
Internationally competitive and domestically leading compensation. Candidates approved for the National Funded Postdoctoral Researcher Program, including the Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program, will receive the corresponding compensation package, up to RMB 500,000 per year during the funding period.
