本周我们学习和蔬菜水果相关的词汇
1. tangy /'tæŋɪ/
adj.酸爽的、带有明显酸味的，还带一点刺激感。
搭配：sweet and tangy 酸甜可口的
e.g.The lemon has a strong, tangy flavor.
e.g.The fruit is juicy and tangy, which makes it really refreshing.
e.g. I prefer sweet and tangy fruits to overly sweet ones.
区分：sour/saʊə/
sour 偏中性，纯酸的
tangy带有明显且比较令人愉悦的酸味,更积极和有食欲
e.g.I don't like sour fruits because they're too acidic for me.
2. produce/ˈproʊduː/
n.农产品；且为不可数名词
常见搭配：fresh/ local produce 新鲜的/本地的农产品
e.g.Local produce is often fresher than imported food.
e.g.The supermarket has a wide selection of fresh produce.
区分grocery:买来的食品杂货, 范围更广，通常用复数
e.g. I picked up some groceries on my way home.
e.g.I bought some groceries, including fresh produce, milk and bread.
3. perish /ˈperɪʃ/
v.食物腐烂、变质
e.g.Fresh fruit and vegetables perish quickly if they aren't stored properly.
e.g.Some foods perish more quickly than others.
近义表达：go bad; spoil
e.g.You should eat the fruit before it goes bad.
e.g.Keep the food refrigerated so that it doesn't spoil.
adj. perishable 易腐烂的；易变质的
e.g.Fresh fruit is highly perishable, especially in hot weather.
e.g.Heat greatly accelerates the deterioration of perishable foods.
补充：deterioration 恶化
4. crunchy /ˈkrʌntʃi/
adj爽脆的；松脆的
e.g.I really enjoy crunchy fruits and vegetables because they taste fresh and refreshing.
e.g.I’m quite particular about texture. I prefer fresh, crunchy vegetables because they feel lighter and more refreshing.
e.g.The banana was too ripe and had become mushy.
e.g. I like my rice firm and slightly chewy, not soft and mushy.
补充：firm 食物口感紧实的;有一些硬度的
