三四五月不减肥，六七八月徒伤悲。这句挂在嘴边的调侃每年春天都会响起警报

眼看着冬天就要来了，肚子上的那一圈冬日囤积的“战利品”也让人头疼。

昨天我做了一份网红花椰菜饭，大口咀嚼毫无碳水负罪感的快乐真好。

既然开始好了，今天就干脆把清爽进行到底，给各位展示一下我独特的秘籍——豆浆蔬菜浓汤。

很多人对浓汤的印象还停留在西餐厅里那些厚重的奶油蘑菇汤上，奶香很浓郁，但是热量和油腻感也挺高的，在喝的时候总觉得像给胃贴了一个“脂肪”的标签。

中国人骨子里的饮食智慧其实更讲究，豆浆既是平民的食物补充又是很好的烹饪材料。

与其说是减肥，不如说这是场舌尖和肠胃的双重减负。

豆浆的温润正好中和了蔬菜清冷的味道，植物蛋白特有的丝滑感在嘴里弥漫开来，在喉咙里仿佛能感觉到春风拂过。

我那当医生的朋友曾经跟我提到过，豆浆里藏有诸多让人苗条的秘密，并且它还可以帮助抑制身体对脂质、糖类的吸收。

与其每天对着没滋昧的白水煮菜自虐，不如把豆浆当汤喝，让每一口蔬菜都裹上浓郁的豆香。

这不是口腹之欲的满足，而是一种把春天也喝进肚子里的仪式感。

咱们这道汤，做法很简便，但其中有很多细致的地方需要注意。

第一步，豆浆是灵魂。

我习惯用迷你豆浆机，打多少就给多少钱，并且是为了保证每一滴豆浆都保留着最新鲜的豆香而不是那种隔夜后变得陈旧的味道。

往杯子里丢一小把洗净的黄豆，加入302毫升水后按下开关，在二十分钟后会有一阵暖意出现。

如果是家里那台没有加热功能的料理机，记得别偷懒了，在打出来的豆浆里加入适量清水后一定要煮沸之后再倒回杯中饮用，并且这不仅是为了保证口感而必须做的一步操作过程也是为了保护肠胃健康所必需遵循的原则。

第二步，蔬菜才是这道汤的“骨架”。

我喜欢把厨房变成调色盘，红薯的甜、玉米的脆、蘑菇的鲜、胡萝卜的颜色暖、芦笋的新嫩和青椒的味道辛都放到了砧板上，在五颜六色彩虹一样的情况下看着心情也变得明亮起来。

洋葱切碎，锅里加油烧热后加入 onions 的香味马上散发出来，在这时把红薯、玉米和菌菇一起倒进去翻炒，并且激发出蔬菜深层的香气。

第三步，这道菜的秘密武器就是那一勺面粉。

不要贪多，薄薄一层面撒在上面，这是浓汤质感的关键所在，在它的作用下原本清淡的豆浆会变得稠密挂壁。

这时候倒入之前准备好的豆浆，再加一些水烧开转小火煮上十多分钟直到红薯变得绵软、香味混合在一起的时候就可以吃了。

最后，芦笋、青椒为点睛之笔，并非久煮后变色加入盐和黑胡椒碎后再关火。

这锅汤端上桌的时候，颜色真的很好看，鹅黄色的汤底配着翠绿色的芦笋，简直就是把春天盛到了碗里。

我和老公各喝了一碗，吃完后感觉身子暖和了，并且饱腹感刚刚好，既不觉得撑着难受也不饿得心慌。

其实减肥这件事，从来不是一味地做减法，而是换一种更有趣、 healthier的生活方式。

就像古人说“食不厌精”，我们现在的追求是“精细”而不是昂贵的食材，而是对每一份吃进嘴里的食物的一种尊重。

不管能不能瘦，光是那一碗喝下去的舒适就足够治愈整个春天了。
