把夏天装进碗里！手搓冰粉+满料浇头，这才是高温天的正确打开方式|冰粉|凉白开|十大硬菜|浇头|红糖水|醪糟|高温天

说起夏季川渝名小吃，那手搓冰粉绝对是一绝，这份手作的温度，是任何速成冰粉都无法替代的！

你别小瞧这碗不起眼的冰粉，据说它的起源可以追溯到明朝末年的四川彭山，当时是一位叫王味缘的姑娘，在无意中发现假酸浆的种子在水中揉搓后能凝结成冻，加入糖水之后清凉可口，“味缘冰粉”便由此诞生！

冰粉的主料是假酸浆的种子，它也就是我们平常所说的冰粉籽，这份来自大自然的馈赠，从四川传遍了大江南北，如今它已成为彭山区第六批非物质文化遗产！

在川渝人民的心中，只有用手搓出来的冰粉才叫冰粉，才是有灵魂的冰粉，它的做法虽然简单，但是也需要一些技巧和耐心！

下面就给大家分享这份经典的夏季美食—手搓冰粉！

1.准备食材，冰粉籽50克食用石灰5克，1500—2000毫升凉白开，一个纱布袋！

2.首先将食用石灰加少许水融化备用！

3.将准备好的冰粉籽50克倒入纱布袋中扎好袋口，然后放入凉白开中反复揉搓5—10分钟，慢慢地你会发现很神奇的事情发生了，水会慢慢的变得黏稠，接着产生无数密集的小气泡，这就是被大家称为“会呼吸的冰粉”的原因了！

4.将兑好的石灰水取上面那层清液，然后缓慢的倒入搓好的浆液里面，记得要一边倒一边不停的搅拌，当你感觉手有明显的阻力的时候就可以停下来了，然后倒入盆中静止两三个小时，也可以放入冰箱冷藏这样口感会更好哦！

5.这个时候就可以准备冰粉的最佳搭档了，红糖水、花生碎，葡萄干、山楂碎，也可以根据自己的爱好准备各种水果丁，醪糟等！

6.这个环节很简单，将冷藏好的冰粉取出，用小刀划上几刀，再用勺子打入碗中，加入自己喜欢吃的各种干果碎或者水果丁，喜欢吃甜的再加一点红糖水，有条件的还可以加入适量的冰块，这是灵魂哦，然后就可以开吃了！
