JWC更新黑海战区范围-20260916

2026年9月16日，伦敦联合战争委员会（JWC）发布JWLA-035号通函，再次更新了“战争、海盗、恐怖和相关风险列明区域”。新的区域名单主要的改变是：

“修订了欧洲黑海的界定范围：剔除非俄罗斯和乌克兰国家的领海，将其他黑海区域全部划为战区。”

JWLA-034号和JWLA-035号通函关于欧洲战区水域的界定，对比如下：
