本报讯 “人民艺术家”，这五个字并非一枚光鲜的头衔，而是一份交给时代的答卷。文艺家以笔墨、歌声、光影落笔，把毕生赤诚与艺术坚守镌刻进时代长河。这份答卷的评判标准，不在于鲜花与掌声，而在于作品是否立得住、传得开、留得下。
时代孕育文艺，人民滋养艺术。新时代的广大文艺工作者坚持扎根人民、扎根生活，恪守艺术理想，勇担文化使命，执笔墨抒时代情怀，以丹青为时代放歌。于创作之中打磨匠心，以真情传递精神力量，借文艺之光，照亮时代与人心。致敬经典，致敬每一位心系家国的文艺践行者。谨以此专题，致敬时代浪潮之下潜心耕耘、为时代放歌的艺术家。
傅春林，字石，号正中山人，1962年生于江西玉山，是我国当代国学大师、书画领军人物、诗人。现为一级美术师，国家级非遗（传统美术类）代表性传承人，大英帝国司令勋章（CBE）获得者。兼任中国文联书画艺术中心顾问、中国社会科学院新经济中心战略顾问、中央电视台《艺术名家》艺术顾问；获评中宣部文化名家暨“四个一批”人才、享受国务院特殊津贴专家、全国中青年德艺双馨文艺工作者、全国脱贫攻坚先进个人、艺术界时代楷模。
在艺术教育领域，傅春林受聘国内多所著名高校，担任客座教授、学术委员、博士生导师；也曾担任美国加州大学访问学者，获美国科罗拉多大学荣誉博士。他的艺术足迹遍布国际舞台，先后斩获法国卢浮宫终身成就奖、美国国际艺博会金奖、日本东京书画展金奖三大国际奖项，后续再摘得卢浮宫卓越奖、安徒生国际艺术奖金奖，多项国际荣誉见证中华书画跨越国界的感染力。
其精品书画被人民大会堂、钓鱼台国宾馆、中国博物馆、中国美术馆等国家级机构收藏；代表作《十八罗汉》长卷创下FWRC福布斯世界纪录；不少书画佳作被选为国礼，馈赠世界多国元首。
立足本土，心怀四海。多年以来，傅春林奔走海内外，积极搭建中外人文交流的桥梁，向世界推介中国书画与国学；同时不忘回馈社会，持续投身书画公益慈善事业，以艺术力量履行文艺工作者的社会责任。在新时代的文化征途上，他始终扎根生活沃土，守正创新，以手中笔墨书写属于当代中国的文艺篇章。

Fu Chunlin, courtesy name Shi, art name Zhengzhong Shanren, was born in Yushan, Jiangxi Province in 1962. He is a contemporary Chinese master of Sinology, leading painting‑calligraphy figure and poet. He holds the title of National First‑Class Artist, Representative Inheritor of National Intangible Cultural Heritage (Traditional Fine Arts), and recipient of the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire).
He serves as consultant for the Calligraphy‑Painting Art Center of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, strategic consultant for the New‑Economy Center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and art consultant for CCTV Famous Artists. His honors include National Cultural Master under the “Four‑Batch” Talent Program organized by the Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee, Expert Receiving Special Allowance from the State Council, National Outstanding Young‑and‑Middle‑Aged Artist with Both Moral Integrity and Artistic Excellence, National Advanced Individual in Poverty Alleviation, and Role Model in the Art Circle.
In academic circles, Fu Chunlin has been engaged as visiting professor, academic committee member and doctoral supervisor at many renowned Chinese universities. He was also a visiting scholar at University of California, USA, and received an Honorary Doctorate from University of Colorado.
His artistic journey extends across the globe. He has won the Lifetime Achievement Award at Louvre Museum France, Gold Award of American International Art Fair, and Gold Award at Tokyo Calligraphy‑Painting Exhibition in Japan. Later he was further awarded the Louvre Excellence Award and the Hans Christian Andersen International Art Gold Award. These international distinctions bear witness to the global appeal of traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy.
His masterpieces are collected by prestigious national venues including the Great Hall of the People, Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, China Museum and China Art Museum. His long hand‑scroll Eighteen Arhats set an FWRC Forbes World Record. A number of his works have been selected as national gifts presented to heads of state worldwide.
Rooted in China while embracing the wider world, Fu Chunlin has travelled extensively home and abroad to build bridges for Sino‑foreign cultural exchanges, promoting Chinese painting, calligraphy and Sinology across the globe. Meanwhile, he remains committed to public‑welfare and charity undertakings with his art. On the new‑era cultural journey, he keeps drawing inspiration from real‑life sources, inherits traditions while pursuing innovation, and composes contemporary Chinese literary‑art chapters with his brush.
