London, and the LMAA in particular, remains by some margin the market leader in maritime dispute resolution. This session will introduce the LMAA and explain its continuing relevance to Chinese shipping and trade and explode some myths about the experience of Chinese parties in London arbitration. It will in addition highlight the uses and dangers of AI in arbitration. A Q&A session will follow the presentations.
