Gen-Z youth from 34 countries tell vivid eco-stories of the “Beautiful China” they have come to know， through news reports and new-media works. Come and show them your support!
2026年，“Z世代”国际生态环境小记者工作坊分两期邀请60多位国际青年化身生态小记者，走进上海的水厂与湿地，探访成都“雪山下的公园城市”，用镜头和笔尖记录下一个个美丽中国的绿色故事。
In 2026, the Gen-Z International Eco-Environmental Journalism Workshop brought together more than 60 young people from around the world in two cohorts. As eco-reporters, they visited water treatment plants and wetlands in Shanghai and explored Chengdu, a park city beneath snow-capped mountains. With pen and camera, they captured one green story after another of a Beautiful China.

Works That Speak to the Ecological Concerns of International Youth
“Z世代”国际生态环境小记者工作坊由生态环境部宣传教育中心联合同济大学、四川大学等单位主办，2026年共开展两期。来自34国的青年学员实地探访中国生态环境治理现场，创作了新闻报道和新媒体作品，用国际化的年轻语态，讲述美丽中国的生态变迁：
Organized by the Center for Environmental Education and Communications (CEEC) of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, together with Tongji University, Sichuan University and other partners, the Gen-Z International Eco-Environmental Journalism Workshop was held in two cohorts in 2026. Young participants from 34 countries visited sites at the forefront of China’s eco-environmental governance and produced news reports and new media works that capture, in a global and youthful voice, the ecological transformation of a Beautiful China:
新闻作品 News reports
以青年视角和国际化表达，深入呈现对城市生态环境保护与治理的观察与思考。
In-depth observations and reflections on urban environmental protection and governance, told from a youth perspective for a global audience.
新媒体作品 New media works
以短视频为主，用一帧帧画面记录花鸟草木、河流湿地、社区公园里的“绿色智慧”。
Mostly short videos that capture, frame by frame, the “green wisdom” found in flowers, birds and plants, rivers and wetlands, and community parks.
人与自然如何共生、超大城市如何绿色转型？这里有国际青年们找到的“答案”。
How can people and nature coexist? How can a megacity go green? Here are the “answers” these international young people have found.

Every click and every “Like” is a vote of recognition and encouragement for these young creators — and each one counts toward their scores:
主办方将根据两期作品的前期专家评审得分与展播期间的传播表现计算综合得分，评选“Z世代”国际生态环境媒体作品优秀创作者。
The organizers will calculate a composite score for each work, combining its expert review score from the earlier judging round with its public engagement during the showcase period, to select the Outstanding Gen-Z Creators of International Eco-Environmental Media.
·展播传播度得分＝浏览量得分×50%＋点赞量得分×50%（浏览量、点赞量分别按当期最高值归一化为百分制；展播数据统计截至2026年10月18日24:00）
·Showcase engagement score= View score × 50% + Like score × 50% (views and likes are each normalized to a 100-point scale against the highest value in the same cohort; data as of 24:00, October 18, 2026, Beijing Time)
·综合得分＝专家评审得分×70%＋展播传播度得分×30%
·Composite score= Expert review score × 70% + Showcase engagement score × 30%
每期综合得分第一的作品，其作者将获评“Z世代”国际生态环境媒体作品优秀创作者。
In each cohort, the creator(s) of the work with the highest composite score will receive the title of Outstanding Gen-Z Creator of International Eco-Environmental Media.
注：展播数据以官方后台统计为准，异常刷量数据将予以剔除。
Note: Showcase data will be based on official backend statistics, and any artificially inflated traffic will be removed.
