立秋一过，很多人先不是觉得凉快，而是先觉得嘴巴干、嗓子紧、鼻子发燥。素材里说得很实在，秋燥一上来，肺最先受罪，干咳少痰、气短乏力、皮肤发干，这些都是常见信号。文章主线也很清楚，就是围着肺喜润恶燥这个道理，拿黄芪、无花果、乌梅、山药、百合、芦根、玉竹、麦冬、甘草这些温润食材，做成4款日常茶饮，走的是补气、润肺、敛肺、养阴这条路，强调温和、不燥、可轮换、能坚持。
这个思路放到中医养生里，是有依据的。秋季在五行属金，对应肺，燥邪最容易伤津液。古书里早就讲过，秋宜养收，宜养肺阴。现代营养学也能对上号，像无花果有膳食纤维和多种矿物质，百合、玉竹、麦冬这类食材含有一定多糖和黏液质，入口后确实有润感；山药偏于健脾，脾胃稳了，气血生化才更顺。说白了，秋天别一上来就猛进补，先把身体里的水分和气机顾住，这才像过日子。
我家在山东，秋天一到，家里老人最怕嗓子发紧，孩子放学回来说教室干，喝水都像在救火。咱山东男人做饭，有个特点，图的不是花哨，是管用。立秋后我也爱给家里煮点温温的茶饮，不求一口见效，就求喝着舒服，脾胃不闹腾，嗓子少抗议。素材里的4款茶，正好把秋燥常见的几种难受都照顾到了。
先说黄芪无花果红枣茶。黄芪在很多家庭里都不陌生，老人常拿它和鸡、排骨、乌鸡一起用，讲究补气。这里用7克黄芪配2颗无花果、3颗红枣，700毫升水煮15分钟，汤色不算浓，但味道挺顺。黄芪偏补肺气，无花果清润，红枣扶正气，合在一起就不是那种上头的补法。那种一喝就觉得嗓子糊住、胃里发热的做法，很多人到了秋天真不适合。这个茶更像给底子偏虚、容易累、说几句话就气短的人，慢慢垫一垫。
我查了下，无花果在民间用得很早，老辈人也爱拿它煮水、炖汤，图的就是润。秋天嘴巴干得像刚出锅的煎饼，这时候来两口无花果茶汤，嗓子会舒服不少。红枣别放太多，3颗就够，再多容易甜腻。黄芪也别一把一把往里扔，7克左右就够意思，过了头反倒容易让人觉得燥。养生这事，真不是越猛越好，很多人就是把锅端到火上去，越煮越急。
再看乌梅山药理气茶。这个搭配挺有意思，乌梅2颗、干山药片12克、陈皮3克，700毫升水，小火14分钟。乌梅的味道一入口就知道，酸，酸得提神。古人讲酸能收，乌梅敛肺生津，正对秋燥干咳、咽干口渴这类情况。陈皮一加进去，整个茶就不闷了，气机能转起来。山药在这里不是为了抢味道，是为了托底，脾胃稳，才不至于一边润肺一边肚子发沉。
这茶特别适合那种秋天一换季就犯堵的人。嗓子痒，咳两声，没多少痰，还总觉得胸口发闷，胃口也一般，吃饭不香。陈皮的作用就很明显了，山东人做饭讲究一个透气，炖肉放点陈皮、葱姜，锅里就不憋屈。茶也是一个理儿，气顺了，人就轻快。乌梅不要煮太久，不然酸味太冲，喝着会皱眉头。山药片本身就温和，适合常放在日常饮品里，不争不抢，挺像家里那个做事稳当的人。
第三款是百合芦根玉竹茶。这个组合很适合那种秋天燥得厉害、嘴唇发干、口鼻都像冒小火苗的人。百合8克、芦根6克、玉竹5克，750毫升水，小火16分钟。百合在中医里一直是润肺的常客，芦根偏清，玉竹偏养阴，三个放一起，不是寒凉那一路，而是清润。喝起来有淡淡的草木味，不会腻，也不会冲。
我个人挺喜欢这款的原因，是它对那种虚燥感照顾得细。很多人秋天不是大病，就是总觉得身体里少点水，嗓子干痒，晚上睡前也想喝水。喝白开水当然可以，但如果老觉得没劲，这类茶饮就更有意思。芦根在传统饮食里常和梨、甘蔗、竹蔗这些清润食材配着用，秋天熬一锅，家里老人小孩都能喝两口。百合别煮得太烂，煮到有点软糯就行，口感会更好。http://www.xinglongwheels.com/common/news.php/27000580715.shtml

这里头有个细节得说，很多人一听润肺就去找大寒大凉的东西，觉得越凉越解火。其实秋天不比夏天，身子本来就在收，猛一冻就容易伤脾胃。古人说秋不宜太寒，意思就是别把润和寒混为一谈。像麦冬、百合、玉竹、芦根这些，讲究的是润而不寒，清而不猛，正好把燥气压一压，又不把胃口给整没了。对咱这种一家老小都要照顾的人来说，茶饮最好别整得太极端，不然老人的胃受不了，孩子也喝不惯。
说到喝法，也得讲究点。秋天喝这些茶，不是越烫越好，温温的入口最舒服。早上喝一杯，午后喝一杯，别一口气灌太多。家里如果饭桌上有辣椒、烧烤、油炸、煎炸这些重口味，配着喝就更明显。山东人饭量大，口味也实在，炒菜炖肉少不了，但秋燥来了，嘴里就得稍微收着点。少点辛辣，少点熏烤，多点蒸、煮、炖，嗓子和肺都会省不少劲。
再往细里说，秋燥最容易盯上的，其实不只是嗓子，还有皮肤和睡眠。皮肤干巴，晚上睡前总想抓两下，很多人以为是抹点霜就行，实际上身体津液不足，外面再抹也只是表面功夫。润肺的食材进到日常饮食里，配合充足饮水，吃饭别太咸，夜里别熬太晚，身体就会少闹腾。老人常说，秋天一上来，人就得慢半拍，这话糙理不糙。
这4款茶的共同点也很明显，都是温润路线，不靠猛料，不靠重味，适合秋天轮换着喝。今天喝黄芪无花果红枣茶，明天换成乌梅山药理气茶，后天再来百合芦根玉竹茶，口感和侧重点都不一样，家里人不容易喝腻。老话说，养生不是摆样子，是天天过日子。厨房里那口养生壶，平时不显山不露水，到了立秋后，倒像个小帮手，叮叮咚咚煮上一壶，全家都能跟着沾点光。
需要提醒的是，食疗就是食疗，不能替代治疗。要是已经出现持续咳嗽、胸闷、发热、痰里带血，或者气短明显、夜里睡不好，别光指望一壶茶，得赶紧去医院看看。平时没啥大毛病，拿这些温润茶饮做日常调理，倒是挺合适。秋天这道坎，过得顺不顺，很多时候就看你是顺着身体来，还是硬跟它较劲。
