虽说已过立秋，但“秋老虎”的威力丝毫不容小觑。白天高温闷热，早晚却透着丝丝凉意，这种忽冷忽热的天气最是考验人的身体。中医认为，秋令主燥，燥邪最易伤肺，加上暑湿未消，脾胃功能也随之减弱，人常常感到口干舌燥、疲倦乏力、食欲不振。此时饮食调理尤为关键，既要润肺防燥，又要健脾祛湿，还得兼顾清热解乏。今天给大家分享4道适合秋老虎天吃的家常菜，做法简单，食材常见，既能润肺健脾，又能清燥解乏，让全家安稳度过这段特殊的时节。照着做，一周不重样，身体舒服精神足。
第一道菜：百合莲子蒸南瓜
所需食材：老南瓜400克、干百合20克、干莲子30克、枸杞10克、冰糖15克、蜂蜜少许、清水适量。
步骤：
1. 干百合和干莲子提前用清水浸泡2小时以上，莲子泡软后去掉中间的莲心，避免发苦影响口感。
2. 老南瓜去皮去瓤，切成约1厘米厚的片状，整齐码放在深盘中备用。
3. 将泡好的百合和莲子沥干水分，均匀铺在南瓜片上，撒上冰糖碎。
4. 蒸锅加水烧开，放入南瓜盘，大火蒸15分钟，转中火再蒸10分钟至南瓜软烂。
5. 打开锅盖，撒上洗净的枸杞，继续蒸2分钟，让枸杞的香甜味释放出来。

1. 干木耳提前用温水泡发30分钟，泡软后摘去根部，撕成小朵洗净备用。
