通过以上信息可以得知，胡启立先生、曾培炎先生、李铁映先生3位老领导致电向大会表示了祝贺。下面，我们来看看三位老领导的简历。
胡启立是陕西榆林人、1929年10月生，北京大学机械系毕业，曾任第九届全国政协副主席，党组成员、中央政治局常委、中央书记处书记、电子工业部部长等职务。

曾培炎是浙江绍兴人，1938年12月生，清华大学无线电电子学系电子学专业毕业，曾任国务院副总理、电子工业部副部长等职务。

李铁映是湖南长沙人，1936年9月生，捷克斯洛伐克卡理士大学物理系毕业。中央政治局委员，中国社会科学院院长、电子工业部部长等职务。
从以上三位老领导的履历可以看出，他们都曾在电子工业部担任过领导职务。而中国电子信息行业联合会的官网，他们的任职均为名誉会长一职。

Hu Qili, Zeng Peiyan, and Li Tieying sent their congratulations to the event.Let's take a closer look at the profiles of these esteemed leaders:Hu Qili was born in Yulin, Shaanxi, in October 1929. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Peking University and has held prominent positions, including Vice Chairman of the 9th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, member of the Central Committee Politburo Standing Committee, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee, and Minister of the Ministry of Electronics Industry.Zeng Peiyan was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, in December 1938. He graduated from the Department of Radio Electronics at Tsinghua University, specializing in electronics. He has served as Vice Premier of the State Council and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Electronics Industry.Li Tieying was born in Changsha, Hunan, in September 1936. He graduated from the Faculty of Physics at Charles University in Czechoslovakia. His notable positions include member of the Central Politburo, President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Minister of the Ministry of Electronics Industry.All three leaders have significantly contributed to the Ministry of Electronics Industry and now hold the title of Honorary President of the China Electronics Information Industry Alliance.At 95 years old, Mr. Hu Qili's remarkable achievements and legacy are celebrated and remembered.
