随着“五一”假期开启，一场大范围降水天气来袭。预计未来三天，降水将波及青藏高原、西北地区东部、华北、黄淮及南方地区，其中江南、华南中北部等地5月2日降雨最强，部分地区有大到暴雨，局地大暴雨，并伴有强对流天气。在冷空气和降水的影响下，南北方气温将出现下滑，最高气温降至较常年同期偏低状态。
A broad swath of heavy rain and cooler weather is sweeping across China as the May Day holiday begins, affecting travel from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Northwest China to the southern provinces over the next three days. The most intense rainfall is expected on Saturday, with parts of Jiangnan, central and northern South China bracing for heavy downpours, local torrential rain or even extreme downpours, accompanied by severe convective weather such as thunderstorm gales and short-duration intense rainfall.
大范围降水过程来袭
今起三天，青藏高原、西北地区东部、华北、黄淮及南方地区将出现一轮降水过程，其中江南、华南中北部等地有大到暴雨，局地大暴雨，并伴有雷暴大风、短时强降水等强对流天气。
具体来看，5月1日，内蒙古河套地区、西藏东南部、青海东部、甘肃河西、陕西中南部、川西高原北部、四川盆地东部、重庆、湖北西部、湖南西北部、贵州北部和西部、云南西南部等地部分地区有中到大雨，其中，重庆中部等地局地有暴雨。
5月2日将是本次降水过程的强盛时段，预计，江淮大部、江汉东部、江南大部、西南地区东南部、华南北部和西部、西藏东南部以及华北西北部等地部分地区有中到大雨，其中，湖南南部、江西中部、广西东北部等地部分地区有暴雨或大暴雨。
5月3日，江南东部和南部、西南地区南部、华南中东部等地部分地区有中到大雨，其中，广东中部和西北部等地局地有暴雨。
此次降水过程恰逢“五一”假期前期，大家出行需留意当地临近预报预警信息，合理安排行程，尽量避开雨势较强时段出行，防范强对流天气，自驾注意交通安全。
冷空气携降温来袭 南北方多地气温将转为偏低
大范围降水展开的同时，冷空气也会给我国大部带来降温。今起三天，西北、华北、东北等地气温将波动下降，逐渐转为较常年同期偏低状态。
南方5月2日至3日随着降雨发展，气温也将下跌，上海、南京、武汉、南昌等地最高气温仅20℃出头，比常年同期偏低。
While rain spreads, a cold front will drive temperatures lower across much of China. Over the next three days, Northwest, North and Northeast China will see fluctuating declines, with daytime highs expected to fall below seasonal norms. In the south, temperatures will drop on May 2 and 3 as rain intensifies. Cities such as Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan and Nanchang will see highs of only around 20°C – cooler than usual for this time of year.
5月4日开始，随着中东部降雨停歇，南北方气温都将会反弹。北方在5月5日前后将重回暖热，多地气温将再创今年来新高，像石家庄、济南、天津可能出现今年首个30℃，长江中下游多地最高气温也将陆续回到30℃附近。假期期间气温多波动，大家需根据气温变化及时调整着装，以免着凉感冒。
From May 4, as rain eases across central and eastern China, temperatures will rebound in both the north and south. Travellers are advised to check local forecasts and warnings, avoid traveling during peak rain periods, take precautions against severe weather, and dress appropriately for the temperature swings.
