网易教育讯 新年伊始，加拿大联邦移民部长康尼(Jason Kenny)就公布喜讯，全新的联邦技术移民计划2日开始正式接收申请，预料会达到该项目的上限，即3,000个技术移民申请，涉及43个工种，其中26个工种属急需工种。
根据以上描述，该移民项目的合资格申请者将是至少有两年工作经验的电器技工﹑烧焊技工﹑喉管接驳工匠及重型机械技工等。由于是新推出类别，全无轮候积压，故合格者可快至数个月内便可赴加拿大。
其实加国于50﹑60年代有推出该类技工移民计划，但停止了约40年未有推行，转为强调接收专上教育移民。

虽然B类行业不受单项申请人数的限制，但所有“技工移民”的总申请数，则不能超过移民部计划受理的3000个申请名额。
技工移民申请5大条件>>
只有符合某些特定要求，才具有申请加拿大技工移民的条件。五大要求分别如下：
1、愿意在魁北克省之外的地区生活。
2、满足英语或法语在听、说、读、写每一个单项上的水平要求。（具体要求见下文）
3、在申请前的5年内有2年的技工工作经验。
4、符合全国职业类别(NOC B)系统中指定的技能及工作经验。
5、有一个总和时间超过1年的全职工作邀请；或获得省或地区发合资历证书，证明申请人获批到加后合资格立即工作。
语言要求高：基本没中国人份儿>>
对于这项技工移民新政来说，最低语言要求是听说要达到CLB5即的要求，而读写要达到CLB4级的要求。

根据以上列表可以看出，对技工移民的最低语言要求换算成雅思是，听、说要达到雅思5分的水平，而读要达到3.5分的水平，写要达到4.0的水平。对于中国一些蓝领技工来说，这样的语言水平还是偏高的。因此，这项移民政策对中国技术工人的吸引度并不大。
