夏日的午夜，路边撸串店为何仍旧灯火通明、人声鼎沸？

每每路过烧烤摊，空气中为何总弥漫着一股诱人香气？

实际上，“撸串”一词据说来自东北方言，顾名思义，“撸串”一词由两个字组成，“撸”是把肉撕扯下来，让肉从上面滑下来的动作，“串”就是扦子。“撸串”就是吃烧烤的意思。
