夏日的午夜,路边撸串店为何仍旧灯火通明、人声鼎沸?

每每路过烧烤摊,空气中为何总弥漫着一股诱人香气?

实际上,“撸串”一词据说来自东北方言,顾名思义,“撸串”一词由两个字组成,“撸”是把肉撕扯下来,让肉从上面滑下来的动作,“串”就是扦子。“撸串”就是吃烧烤的意思。
